We let Don know we had just bought the vehicle and needed to get some things looked at. They preformed a “travel inspection” and looked over everything for us. They were honest about services that had already been preformed and we truly feel like they only did what was necessary to get the car running in tip top shape so as not to rip us off. They even fit us in when they didn’t have any appointments available because they knew we’d be going out of town and wanted to make sure the car would run safely for us on our trip. It was our first time in but it won’t be our last and we’d trust any of our vehicles to them. Auto Xperts is without question the best mechanic in Tallahassee. My entire family has been using them for years. They're honest, reasonable, and their work is top notch.
Extremely disappointed. Spent about $1200 to have the rack and power steering pump replaced in my Pontiac because of leaking. Got it back and the power steering reservoir cap was completely loose (virtually no seal). Still more leaking. Another shop now informs me that the "replaced" rack is leaking out of both sides and the pump whines like a scalded dog. Never going back...
I came here for my cars Allignament to be fixed, and I was extremely happy with the job that was done. They took their time with my car making sure it was done correctly. It took them sometime to finish, they test drove my car twice to ensure the job was done correctly. They were rather cheaper than I expected, by a few hundred dollars. I personally appreciated the fact they did not try to sell me anything else, and explained the issues my car was having, and future issues to look out for. I definitely recommend coming here for car maintenance.

I always have good service here. Fast, friendly and reliable. Booth is the manager and John employee are knowledgeable and have always done good by me.
I brought my car in for engine running hot. They fixed it but in the process they broke my my fuel pressure sensor, which makes the car undrivable. They refused to pay for a rental, and my car is stuck there for 3 more days until the part comes in. I hope they don’t make me pay for the fuel pressure sensor.
John and Booth are the best! They make sure you receive the best service for a reasonable price. Thanks for continuing to provide great service.
Superb service, excellently and quickly done, and at a surprisingly low price — about half the dealer labor rate. My issue was the replacement of a failed electronic/display-screen unit. I probably got a little lucky with the super-quick turnaround. All that said, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer and technical service. Kudos to Booth and John, and to “BT”, who did the actual work.
