Auto Xperts is without question the best mechanic in Tallahassee. My entire family has been using them for years. They're honest, reasonable, and their work is top notch.
Extremely disappointed. Spent about $1200 to have the rack and power steering pump replaced in my Pontiac because of leaking. Got it back and the power steering reservoir cap was completely loose (virtually no seal). Still more leaking. Another shop now informs me that the "replaced" rack is leaking out of both sides and the pump whines like a scalded dog. Never going back...
Been bringing my car in for regular maintenance for years and always receive fast and friendly service with zero high pressure sales! I so appreciate that because there is enough of pressure just living life now days! Thanks to you all for your superior service 100% of the time!
I was not happy with the experience I had here. I have never heard of an auto shop who charges to run diagnostics and then keeps that charge once you agree to get the work done there. Upon pick up I was told that I couldn't have a receipt until AFTER I paid. I refused and then was finally shown the bill and was being charged twice for parts. I'd like to think this was an honest mistake, but I felt like I was being ripped off. Will not be going back or sending anyone this way. I'll also mention that my car was not fixed and I had to trade it in less than a week later as it wasn't drive able over 15 miles in one trip.
It’s not every day you meet someone who is generally interested in educating the customer. These people understand that educated customers are GOOD customers. After they fixed the car, I received a 15-20 lesson on the issues with my car, how to avoid them, and what to look/listen for when it’s acting up. I greatly appreciated the curtesy of these folks and definitely recommend anyone in Tallahassee to check them out.
I came here for my cars Allignament to be fixed, and I was extremely happy with the job that was done. They took their time with my car making sure it was done correctly. It took them sometime to finish, they test drove my car twice to ensure the job was done correctly. They were rather cheaper than I expected, by a few hundred dollars. I personally appreciated the fact they did not try to sell me anything else, and explained the issues my car was having, and future issues to look out for. I definitely recommend coming here for car maintenance.
