Philip / Daniel & Team are phenomenal. I have been bringing my cars there for years, and to be honest finding them was a blessing. The team is extremely knowledgable and their customer service is outstanding. When you go there, you know you won't be disappointed. I couldn't recommend them enough, probably best indy in SoCal.
My car suddenly went into limp mode, shaking and stuttering then died at a stop light. Luckily I was able to roll down the road a bit to get to the side and call a tow truck to take it to B & B Autohaus. I feared the worst based on all the codes my car was throwing when I scanned it. The team at B & B got me right in and luckily it was not near as bad and a simple fix. These guys have saved me more than once, they are honest, fair and never try to up-sell me on stuff I don't need, but do offer recommendations for things I may need in the future. Overall THANK YOU for once again fixing my car at a fair price and always with a smile, your team are rockstars!!!
I have been here twice with my 2013 X1 and both times received exceptional service. You will not find better quality service for your BMW at the prices these guys offer. They only specialize in BMWs and their techs from my understanding all come from the bmw dealership where they have worked on bmws for years and most of them are certified Bmw master techs. This means you get the quality of Bmw dealership service at a much lower price. I also own a 2001 E46 M3 and I plan to take it there for service when it needs it.
After years of paying high premium at BMW dealership (not too far from B and B) for my E90, I am so glad and pleased to have B and B as my “go to” place for all maintenance and repairs since 2017. Daniel and Steven are very knowledgeable and honest (in my humble opinion). I would absolutely recommend B and B Autohaus to anyone!
I drive up from Chula Vista to get my BMW serviced at B & B because they provide excellent service at a fraction of dealer prices. Scheduling an appointment is easy, the work is done quickly, and I don't get the feeling that they are trying to empty my wallet with unnecessary repairs.
I have been going to B and B Autohaus since I bought my first BMW in 2017 via a referral from another BMW owner. I have had nothing but top notch service from them. The staff is always friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions I have. If they cannot perform a service, they always refer me to another reputable company who can.
Philip and his crew are great mechanics and so easy to work with. All the work on my BMW was done right, on time and at the price quoted. I have been taking my car to B & B Autohaus for several years
I’ve owned a few Beemers over the past 20 + years and been to several service centers-dealerships and other privately owned BMW shops. Now, I ONLY bring my car to the guys at B and B Autohaus!!! Incredibly kind and considerate here, happy to explain things and show you on the car what problems they come across. The only complaint I have is that I had to explain 4 times what needed to be done on the trim even though the system had the part on order and it had been understood before. The quality of the work is good and they haven't tried giving me any services that my car did not actually require like many other businesses do.
Very honest, very professional service. I have 2 BMWs: 2008 528i with 230,000 miles & 2007 335i with close to 115,000 miles. B&B has serviced these cars & kept them running for years. We moved 1 1/2 hours northeast of San Diego but don't mind the drive for excellent service at B&B. I will not bring my BMWs anywhere or let anyone else to touch them but B&B.
I’ve been here a couple times already and I’m just blown away with the HONEST and AFFORDABLE work. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with how low my totals come out to. I like to look around at average pricing to get a good idea of what to expect to put aside for my car and I always leave with extra cash I my pocket and a much cheaper than expected price. Phillip was amazing and the front desk just as pleasant. I’ve even talked my boyfriend into bringing his M3 here from now on. Very very happy to say the least.
I’ve been going to B and B Autohaus for about 5 or 6 years now and both Philip and Daniel have been there the whole time. They definitely make the business go. Always professional and they tell you straight up what’s wrong with your car. No filters. They don’t try to add on stuff for an extra buck and they’ve always given me a great deal on whatever my service is. If you own a BMW I would definitely recommend them.
I have been fixing my X5 at this location for many years now. My first experience when I first discovered them was:"WOW!!! The shop looked so clean, you can literally eat from it....right between lifts". The quality of work is superb. When they give you a quote and what will the work looks like, they make sure that they stay behind their quote...Never they tried to up-sell me on un-needed services. Prices are very reasonable, given its BMW we are talking about, which is not cheap to own.But they make sure that you have best experience ever with the car. I was doubting if I want another Beemer, given I put allot of money into this one, but I just don't see myself driving anything else. So Beemer it is, and B&B will be my first choice (after warranty expires) to take care of it.
Brought to them my 2014 X1 for an oil change. The facility waiting is clean, professional, and comfortable. They were able to complete the oil change while I waited and also were able to diagnose an issue I had been having with the windshield nozzles. They were able to complete the repair for a fraction of the cost quoted from the dealership. I will use them from this point forward for both my BMW autos.
I've been going to B&B for well over 5 years for all my BMW repair needs. I've had them service two vehicles -- an older 745i and a late model 750li. I've had major work done -- an engine rebuild, major water cooling components replacements, oil coiling, brakes and more. They are highly skilled and I've never had any doubts about the quality of their work. My vehicles are proof -- I'm still driving my 2010 750li after almost 90K miles. It drives like it just left the showroom floor. I'm looking at another potential engine rebuild in the next 25K miles and I wouldn't consider any other shop. Three other things that make B&B worth exploring.... the prices are very reasonable compared to dealerships and highly competitive compared to other BMW shops. They are also extremely honest. I've had them advise against potentially costly repairs that weren't needed even though I initially asked them to do it. Ask yourself, would dealers and other shops do that? Likely not. The last thing that keeps me coming back is their friendliness. They are truly nice people. The kind you'd love to have as a neighbor. Given all those attributes, why go anywhere else? Take my word for it -- this is the place you want to go if you own a BMW and need quality work.
We’ve been taking our X3 to B and B Autohaus over the last 2 years. The team, Philip and Danny to name a few, is great to work with. They’ve always been succinct with our car needs, and will give us updates throughout the repair process. Car stuff is foreign to me, and I completely trust B and B Autohaus for all our X3’s needs. Highly recommend them for yor BMW’s maintenance and repairs!
The person behind the counter was friendly. polite, professional, and all around good person. The work was done fast and first time quality. Had head light fix and return two day later because it stop working again. B and B fixed it for free. They were able to get me in right away when I blew a radiator hose. I we recommend B and B over any other BMW shop.
There is no other shop I would take my BMW to but B and B Autohaus. Philip and Daniel have taken care of both my BMWs for years. Few weeks ago, one of my BMWs had engine overheating light on and I wasn’t able to drive after all. Towed to B and B, they found the problem right away and fixed completely the next day. Their fast services, quality job, honesty and unbeatable price are priceless. I usually don’t write any reviews but since we are all locked down at home and have extra time, thinking it’s nice to share with you my experiences at B and B.
B&B always come through for me. I have twice brought them a confounding issue on my 2011 E93, and both times they hunted down the issue and made the appropriate repairs for a very fair price. They also replaced my starter and saved me a ton by not having to go to BMW of San Diego. I have found both Philip and Daniel to be very knowledgeable and honest. If your BMW is out of warranty and it's in need of repairs, you would have to be crazy to not give these guys a shot!
Honest ,professional and value for your money. I take both of my BMW's toB and B and have been very happy with the service and as soon as my wife's BMW is no longer on warranty she will be going to B and B Autohaus. I love dealing with businesses that take pride in their work and for the last several that's what I have received at B and B.
I brought my 2017 BMW 4 series to B & B Autohaus (I believe 3 times now) and every time, they have been courteous, considerate of time, and honest. They're also very good about managing my expectations; laying out what I can expect with regard to repair time frames and the cost involved. I highly recommend this place for sure. :-)
B and B Autohaus is hands down the best auto repair experience I've had with my BMW. I've brought my car here for everything from Oil changes to battery replacement and couldn't be happier with the service and prices. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing and also do not try to oversell anything. I've had them tell me to hold off on certain things because they really weren't necessary when they could have easily told me that it was to make some money. 5/5.
We have a used BMW that has had some problems to address and luckily we found B & B Autohaus. They have been great, helping us navigate the various issues. Every time we bring the car in they are very professional and I know the pricing is much better than if we had taken the car to a dealership mechanic. They seem to care about their business and their reputation. They do an excellent job.
I’ve been taking my 328i to B&B for a while now. It has allowed me to keep a premium vehicle without paying a premium maintenance price.Steve, Philip and all the guys there are great.One day I came in and Philip explained to me that when they replaced the serpentine belt that they had accidentally broken something. (It’s not hard to imagine, everything is so close together with little to no room to work). Philip apologized and took full responsibility. He informed me that the additional repairs were made at no charge.I could see someone else calling me mid-repair and saying,”hey, this other thing is broken, as long as I’ve got the vehicle taken apart I can take care of it for you. It’ll be $$$$ more.”The staff at B&B has integrity. Efficient, reliable, honest and affordable. Highly recommended.
Visited for the first time in June. Had B&B look over my 2004 BMW convertible - trying to decide whether to keep or sell. Philip was great and really spent time looking over the car and gave me great advice. We have another newer BMW and will definitely use B&B again. They were very professional and thorough.
I'm so happy to have found B and B Autohaus when I moved to San Diego about 5 years ago. I've been taking my car there for pretty much any problem that comes up, as well as for routine services and oil changes.Service is always fast, reasonably priced (way less than at the dealership), and their work is superb. They're honest and never try to take advantage of you.Philip, Daniel, and the whole team are just the best. I won't take my car anywhere else!
Having owned at least 5 different BMW models since 2001, I previously only had my vehicles serviced at BMW dealers. However, the service was very expensive and I never personaly knew who was working on my car. B and B Autohaus has been a game changer. For me, it's all about trust and service. Philip and Daniel at B & B definitely set the bar for all others to follow. Service with them is very easy and straight forward. Costs are extremely reasonable given the complexity of the brand and the peace of mind that I have knowing my car is in good hands is priceless. I highly recommend B and B Autohaus for all your service needs.
I was referred to B & B by a client and I am extremely happy with the mechanics and their knowledge of BMW'S. This is the first BMW that I have owned and any time I have questions about certain things, they are happy to take the time to explain how things work. Their prices are good. The employees always make me feel comfortable. I like the feel of a mom and pop shop. I highly recommend B & B.
I've relied on B&B Autohaus for repair and maintenance of my BMW's for many years. B&B provides the level of expertise equal to the BMW dealership at a significant cost savings. I appreciate the personalized service I've come to expect and I value the honest, straight forward advice I can rely on. Most recently, I had a damaged rear taillight replaced on my 2018 330i. You can't believe how expensive the part is! Steve explained that B&B has very little wiggle room in the price of BMW parts, but when I picked up my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to note that I was not charged any labor for the installation of the part. The dealership quoted almost $200 more than I paid at B&B. Thanks guys .. I appreciate it!!
It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic(s), and I do a lot of research online before I make any repairs or upgrades; for the things I cannot handle myself I always take our cars to B&B. They have been my go-to BMW shop for about 7 years now and they never disappoint. They have unlimited knowledge of all types of BMW's, they do top notch work and they are very reasonably priced. Never take your car to the dealership - go to B&B first and you will not regret it.
