I wanted a second opinion on a car I was looking to purchase. All Pro gave it an extensive inspection, with pictures and a report sent to my phone. It helped me tremendously in my decision, all for a decent price and the offer to bring more cars in for discounted rate. This all makes it a 5/5 for me, unfortunately with the pandemic going on and infection rates in the area rising, it is concerning that the mechanics weren’t wearing masks. I understand it’s probably a really tough job to do with masks but these extraordinary times require extraordinary efforts on all of our parts. I really want to come back as I’m new in the area and it’s nice to find a mechanic that works with you but will consider my options.

Use to be the only place I would take my car but now every time I take it to Real Pro I always seem to have other issues when I get my car back. Got a wiper motor fixed last time and now one of my wipers keeps loosening itself which was not a issue before. They also fixed a light and charged me for it even after I did not ok it.

Great service at a great price

I had my car towed to Real Pro Auto versus the original shop I usually go to because AAA recommended it. When my car arrived and I chatted with the employees, I left feeling ok However, at no point in my dropping off the keys and leaving was I notified that the diagnostic fee was $50 (I was surprised with that info when I returned to have the car towed). I decided to tow my car to a junkyard but had purchased a new car so I needed to have my license plate removed. The nails were rusty, so the guys couldn't remove it with a regular screwdriver. I was then informed that they would charge $25 to remove it with a power drill. I was honestly shocked because that would have literally been a 1-minute operation and at this point I would have been in $75 for a vehicle inspection and license plate removal. Throughout my interactions the guys were quite brusqe and refused to go out of their way to be helpful. As a potential new customer, I was really frustrated and disappointed by the lack of customer service and clarity that was exhibited by this team. So unfortunate.

My wife found RealPro a while ago and I've been using them for a few years now. They are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and honest, they can give you a list of issues and recommendations for what should be fixed right away and what can wait. I never have to worry about them trying to push something that isn't needed or wondering if they did the work correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get good quality honest service.

I discovered Real Pro Auto Service about 5 years ago, and I've never been disappointed with their servicing of my 2006 Ford Explorer. It's low mileage and relatively low maintenance, but even quirks have been handled professionally and as far as I'm concerned, with a real value for the dollar. The guys there (I use the Eastern Ave SE location) are great, and the service is terrific. 5-Stars!

I had my 1991 truck serviced at real pro!!! They did a great Job. They also answered a lot of questions i had for them. I will bring my truck and car back to them for my service!!!!!!

They always find what's wrong and a way to repair it. Prices are better than dealer's and the place is easier to get into. Their record keeping is good. They could do better at calling customer back when they say they will, the only complaint.

I've been taking my 2006 Explorer to Real Pro now for the last 6 years, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service, both vehicular, and customer. They know what they're doing and even when they're tremendously busy with multiple clients, they look out for you, personally. I strongly recommend you give Real Pro a try if you haven't already. Their prices are fair and their service is excellent.

As always, I am very impressed with Real Pro Auto Service. They are courteous and timely in doing a job. They explain well as to what needs to be done and then go over it again if needed during pick-up. I really appreciate that extra effort on their part.

We have been coming to Real Pro for over 15 years. They do a great job with all our cars, they are honest about what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. They are very accommodating on getting us in and giving us a loaner to get to work when needed. Overall we would highly recommend Real Pro.

Real Pro has always provided me with excellent customer service. They are willing to work me in when needed, accommodate my schedule, and do good work for a fair price. I don't feel like they try to talk me into unnecessary service like I have felt at some of the dealerships. I love their customer service, very personal and professional. I strongly recommend them!

I was referred to Real Pro because of their AAA partnership, and the location on Eastern in Grand Rapids is very close to my home. From the beginning, the customer service was outstanding. It was a holiday weekend when my car was dropped off, and their lot was very busy, but they still communicated often, presented options, and the diagnostic fee was very reasonable (less than $50). Though my car had severe motor damage and was not reparable, they allowed me to arrange a tow at my convenience and were not rushing me off. After the fact, the owner, John, followed up with a personal message, checking in on my experience, and offered to help with an inspection on a new/used car when I am ready to get a replacement. I highly recommend Real Pro Auto Service!

John, Dave and all of the technicians always give the most professional service. I am in sales and they always understand the importance of servicing my car as quickly as possible so I can get back to my job. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are not only mechanics but they become your friend also.
