excellent service
I use Real Pro Auto for the fleet of vehicles I have for work and also for our families personal vehicles.
I've been on the lookout for a good service center since I moved to the south side of town and I've seen the professional way everyone at Real Pro has worked with my girlfriend and her car. I just had work done on my 2005 Saab here and it is the first time I've trusted a place to do work on it outside of the dealership since Saabs have so many odd quirks with their maintenance. They did a great job, knew about the special power steering fluid needed for Saabs so it was done correctly, and were done faster than I expected.
Every time I've been here, they are great to work with. They will inspect your car and give you a list of things they find and what they recommend you take care of now and what can wait until later. They have never tried to push something that wasn't needed and I have never felt like they tried to overcharge for something. It is refreshing to have a place that is honest and very competitive with their pricing.
This is a great place to work with and I highly recommend them.
They inspect and let you know of any issues with your vehicle. No pressure. Even "rank" repairs in order of importance.
I have had great service every time I have taken my car in for oil changes. Also occasionally when I've needed repairs or tires I've found them to be very competitive in their pricing.

I had my gas tank replaced (among many things). A few days later I went to put gas in the car and some of the goals I was putting in started to leak out. So I brought it back to them. They repaired that problem (free of charge) and then filled my tank to make sure it was fixed. Both times I brought it in they let me use a rental car for free and didn't pressure me to fix anything that didn't need to be fixed. Very nice, honest service. Can't go wrong be taking your car here.
My wife and I have been taking our cars to Real Pro for about 2 years now and have always been completely satisfied with their service. They are exceptional when it comes to explaining what the problems are and if they are immediate or can wait for a while. They always do a fantastic job with any repairs or scheduled maintenance.

I've only been here twice so far but have been very appreciative of their honesty. The first time I went in to get an oil change and my transmission fluid flushed. When the mechanics looked at my car, they suggested I NOT get the transmission fluid flush because I had tires that were about to wear out, and the funds for the trans fluid would be better used for tires. A few weeks later, lo and behold, the wire threads of my tires were beginning to show and I had to get new tires. I was so thankful for their honesty, they could have done the trans fluid change to get paid for whatever the trans fluid fee is but instead it seemed like they were looking out for me.
Based on this experience, I would recommend them to others! One tip, make sure to check their coupons out on the website before you go.
My son recommended Real Pro when he was shopping for a car and wanted them to look over potentials for him. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness, and the no-fringe, no nonsense approach by friendly staff. I just brought my own Honda in for a power steering flush. They did a great job.

The crew at Real Pro always takes care of me. They work in a time that works for me. Give me a loaner while my car is in. Provide me with top notch service and communicate whenever there is an issue. If there is an issue they work quickly to resolve it. Thanks for your great service
I had a great experience working with John and his crew at Real Pro Auto! I had a hummer that needed some work and they were extremely fair and most importantly he was honest of exactly what needed to be done and when. The tab was a lot for the work required and he help me plan on doing it in the proper phases for cash flow and reliability. I couldn't recommend anyone to anywhere else, this is the place to go to!! Thanks again guys for helping me out in such a timely fashion :D

This has been my go to place for auto repar for the past 8 yeara. I trust these guys. Sometimes they fix little things for free, and they usually have a loaner car for me while they work on mine, which I appreciate so much.

Love these guys. They offer a detailed review of what the service or services entail. More importantly they offer a practical point of view around the urgency to attend to those needs. I never feel pushed, only informed. Great group. Refreshing business. Will use them again and again.
