Real pros take photos of car problems they work on. Communication about repairs is very good. They don’t repair things that are OK unless you say so. I was very happy for the 31 point inspection with photos.

My previous mechanic is retired and I needed a new place to go after my clutch gave out. The towing company recommended Real Pro Auto and I’m so glad that they did! They had a loaner for me to use in the meantime and were very patient with my questions. I’m definitely satisfied with my service and I’m happy to say that I have new mechanics!

Since moving to Grand Rapids, I have had a hard time finding a new mechanic after having the same one for YEARS in my hometown. I found Real Pro Auto and I am VERY happy with the service that I received. My car’s serpentine belt was squealing when it was cold and the Real Pro Guys fixed it up in LESS than a day! Bob at the front desk was so nice to me and I actually felt like I was being listening to and not talked down to (this has been a BIG problem for me in the past at other places I’ve tried). Thank you again Bob and to the whole staff! I plan on bringing my car back for services in the future!
New to the neighborhood, so I had reservations about trying a new garage. I can gladly say that they will continue to receive my business. My repairs were done in a very timely manner, and all of the staff was incredibly polite. I felt very well taken care of.
They got me in on time and completed the work ahead of schedule while I was waiting. The price is fair and the customer service is is good. They didn’t try to do any unesscesary work. Thank you Real ProI like the service. They get got me in on short notice and did a good job on fixing my car. I also like the fair price they charged for the work.
The staff is great. I went in just for a check on my brakes. They found several issues and I felt like they were honest and transparent with what needed done. They weren't pushy trying to sell extra stuff and explained what was wrong simply. Got everything done in a day and at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again if I need work done.

I wanted a second opinion on a car I was looking to purchase. All Pro gave it an extensive inspection, with pictures and a report sent to my phone. It helped me tremendously in my decision, all for a decent price and the offer to bring more cars in for discounted rate. This all makes it a 5/5 for me, unfortunately with the pandemic going on and infection rates in the area rising, it is concerning that the mechanics weren’t wearing masks. I understand it’s probably a really tough job to do with masks but these extraordinary times require extraordinary efforts on all of our parts. I really want to come back as I’m new in the area and it’s nice to find a mechanic that works with you but will consider my options.

Use to be the only place I would take my car but now every time I take it to Real Pro I always seem to have other issues when I get my car back. Got a wiper motor fixed last time and now one of my wipers keeps loosening itself which was not a issue before. They also fixed a light and charged me for it even after I did not ok it.
