Real Pro has done work for me 5 or 6 times on 2 vehicles. Exellent work which is why i keep going back to them. I always buy used vehicles and Real Pro keeps them running like new
I live in Hastings and after doing a bunch of work on my truck and having to drive it to Grand Rapids for other things ,I needed to get an alignment right away and they got me in right away. Good people very professional!

Real Pro has been taking care of our vehicles for about 10 years. They do great repair work and are honest in their assessments. We'll continue to bring our vehicles there.
I've had them work on my Jeep twice now and both experiences were great. Good communication, customer service, and I haven't experienced any issues after their fixes.
Went to real pro auto for drive shaft problems. Got my car the next day, new drive shaft. List of other things that could be fixed sooner rather than later but didn’t feel pressured to do it immediately. Reasonable price. Also had a AAA discount on all labor.
Did over night drop off. They called first thing in the morning to confirm authorization for inspection. Diagnosis was complete with a quote in about 2 hours. After confirming with me they proceeded to have the repairs done by end of business that day. Good follow up and repair times.
I was from out of town and had issues with the front end of my vehicle. The shop was friendly and extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem. They completed the work in a timely fashion and I was on my way.Thanks again for a Great Job!
We've been Real Pro customers for the better part of the last decade. I always appreciate their honesty and pragmatic advice on what fixes to address immediately and what can wait. We will continue to choose them for all our auto repairs.
I knew I had a slow leak in the A/C in my Chevy Tahoe so I took it into another place. They had it for a few days, said they tried to fix it but couldn't find the leak and gave it back. After that I called Real Pro and talked to Dave over the phone, after I described the issue he actually guessed what he thought the problem was and sure enough he was exactly right! They got me in that afternoon and had it repaired in about a day. He walked me through exactly what was wrong and gave me a few options that I could take as well as the prices and pros/cons with each option. They even texted me a few days later to see how it was holding up. This place is amazing and I will not go anywhere else for any future car problems.

Awsome!! (Costco discount if you are a member). When I first walked in I was greeted with a big smile and this was in the late afternoon. I thought I scheduled an oil change appointment but the guy said no problem, we will get you in. He did just that. I received a call asking if I wanted other work that was due and I thanked him because I was suppose to mention it when I dropped the car off. He texted me when it was ready. Again another big smile when Ì picked it up. Real Pro Auto Service has earned my service. And yes I recommend them 100%.
I've been going to Real Pro Auto for many years. They always do a great job of taking care of any repair issues. The quality of work is top notch. This is the only shop that I trust. They're really fast too! I highly recommend Real Pro Auto.
The staff was very friendly and helpful at Rheal Pro auto. They listen to your concerns and tend to them at their earliest convenience. I love that my car drives like new and it didn’t cost a fortune. I also loved that it was so quick and easy to get a loaner car while mine was in the shop!
My son recommended Real Pro when he was shopping for a car and wanted them to look over potentials for him. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness, and the no-fringe, no nonsense approach by friendly staff. I just brought my own Honda in for a power steering flush. They did a great job.
These guys fixed my Envoy in a half day and provided excellent customer service the whole way through. I was promised a 10% discount through AAA but these guys were able to help me with a coupon that was better.They didn't try to push the premium parts or gouge me for unnecessary work; just fixed the issues at hand and did a fantastic job.Drives like new!
