Had some issues with the brakes on my ‘03 Outback. They spent lots of time getting to the bottom of the problem. Great communication! Brakes are 100% better!

Great experience all around! A+ customer service. Fair prices. The staff are willing to talk with you and not "down to you". Clean waiting area. They were able to get the repair done in a timely manner and it is holding up just fine. Would definitely recommend.
AAA had my car towed to Real Pro Auto(RPA). My car was having issues with the battery. The people at RPA, called me with their inatial thought on the car's issue quickly. The real issue and quote came quickly after. This was great service overall ,from being affordable, quick and professional. I would reccomend this company to any friends or family members.
Best auto shop I’ve been to & will continue going to! The staff is knowledgeable and if there was a mistake on their end they correct it instead of gouging the customer for it like every other place I’ve been to! They follow up to make sure everything is going good and there aren’t any problems with the car after they’ve serviced it. Incredibly friendly & reliable place!
My wiper fluid reservoir was apparently damaged in my new to me 2013 Mini Cooper Coup. Not a very common car. Real Pro got the part quickly and worked with me to make the change quickly and efficiently.Dave and Dave (yes there are 2 of the at the front desk) communicated well with me and everything went very smoothly.I highly recommend them
Great crew! Very polite on the phone and in person. I dropped my vehicle off the night before after hours and it was done the next day by early afternoon. The work was done very professionally and correctly. The charged amount was very reasonable and not inflated at all. I supplied my own part that they were willing to put on. Most shops won't allow you to provide the part. That was much appreciated. I will recommend Real Pro Auto Service to friends and family. Thank you for the great job!!

I was from out of town and had issues with the front end of my vehicle. The shop was friendly and extremely knowledgeable in troubleshooting the problem. They completed the work in a timely fashion and I was on my way.

Real Pro always does a great job servicing my vehicle and in the rare occasions there have been issues they own the issues and make sure everything is right!
My 2014 Ford Fusion needed a simple headlight bulb replacement but some fusion models require the whole bumper to be taken off for what should be this simple fix. I called around 6 different places and Real Pro was the least expensive and got me in right away, had professional customer service and were efficient. I would definitely return in the future.

Had a slow leak in my tire and couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Real Pro was able to get me in right away and with some due diligence found the culprit. Thankful for the fix.
These guys fixed my Envoy in a half day and provided excellent customer service the whole way through. I was promised a 10% discount through AAA but these guys were able to help me with a coupon that was better. …More

Always great working with these Dave and Dave! They go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is tip top! Dont do any unecessary repairs without calling first and always help you understand what is being worked on!

I was very happy with the service I received from Real Pro Auto! They were very accommodating of my work schedule and provided a loaner car to use while working on my vehicle. Awesome communication too! The owner texted me several days after the repairs to make sure everything was running as it should and to make sure I was happy with the service. Highly recommend!
Excellent service and professionalism. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle in one day, and kept me updated on each part of the process.
Again I took my car in to get new tires put on and get my oil changed. They were so fast and friendly. Definitely my new goto shop for everything auto related.
