I had a great experience at Automotive Excellence! After they looked over my car, they texted me a detailed report , with pictures, of what looks good on my car, what will need work in the future and what needs to be addressed immediately. They did very through work and I will definitely be back.

Had a great experience at Automotive Excellence in Seal Beach. Great local auto repair shop. Had an issue with tire pressure and the Team was able to take a look and get the appropriate amount of air in all my tires and send me on my way in less that 15 minutes. William assisted me, he was great and they didn't charge me anything to inspect and add air

Consistently friendly, efficient, and always helpful. I feel like all of us can commiserate with having experienced dishonest and manipulative mechanics at some point in our lives, but the staff here will never steer you wrong. I reccomend this place to everyone I know.

The guys at Automotive Excellence have been diligent in following up on their work and tracking the details of my car. They do excellent work, and are generally helpful.
They might be good at what they do, but don't rate very high on ethics. I had a dead battery and was told one would be brought to me. Then the driver didn't have a battery, but told me they had one at the shop. He jump started my car and brought me home after I drove it to their place. This was followed by a call saying they would have to order a battery and couldn't install it until the next day. The installation was surprisingly expensive because they had to "reset the door locks and things", which apparently didn't include the clock. They were very smooth and I've had too much to deal with lately to be at my best. I didn't even think, and no one suggested, that the old battery could have been recharged.

I have been going to Automotive Excellence for nearly thirteen years now. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of our vehicles. The crew at Automotive Excellence have always gone above and beyond every time I have been there.
These guys are phenomenal! Hometown feel in the always busy SoCal region. All class. I service my truck quite a bit; they are very responsive and always accommodate my crazy work schedule. I’ve used others in area before finding Automotive Excellence but non compare!! Give these guys a try.
They did a good job on my car and had it ready the same day, so for that I'm satisfied. There was some other stuff I wasn't too happy about but nothing worth mentioning here.
They do great work at very reasonable prices. My vechiles are always done early or right on time.
