Automotive Excellence is like family. A Honda dealer wanted to dog my B12 service on my 2012 Honda Civic for 275 dollars ant Automotive Excellence did the same service for 125 dollars. I highly recommend Automotive Excellence !

This is either my 4th or 5th time here and it's my go from now on. Always great service, kept well informed on how long repairs will take, and never feel like I'm getting price gauged. I used to take my Prius to the dealership which is a nonstop ripoff vortex. Automotive Excellence is an A+ in my book.

I have been coming to Automotive Excellence for 10 years now. The owner, Andrew, always takes an interest in each and every customer to make sure all are satisfied. In fact, he always sends me a text message the following morning to make sure that I was completely happy with every aspect of the work and service they provided. I really appreciate that he cares about his customers even after they have paid the bill, which tells me he is more interested in having life long customers. The quality of work by the technicians is also simply outstanding. They have made just about every type of repair or service on my vehicles and I have always been pleased with their work. I highly recommend Automotive Excellence and will continue to bring my vehicle there for as long as I live in the area.

Consistently friendly, efficient, and always helpful. I feel like all of us can commiserate with having experienced dishonest and manipulative mechanics at some point in our lives, but the staff here will never steer you wrong. I reccomend this place to everyone I know.
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs always, service was excellent. Analysis of the issue was quick, parts and labor were quoted and quite reasonable and they finished earlier than estimated. I've always had great luck with AE, various vehicles over the years.
Automotive Excellence is always honest and back up their repairs with pictures, diagrams and their expertise so I can approve any repairs immediately. I take all my cars there knowing the money I spent was for repairs that really needed.
The guys at Automotive Excellence have been diligent in following up on their work and tracking the details of my car. They do excellent work, and are generally helpful.
They might be good at what they do, but don't rate very high on ethics. I had a dead battery and was told one would be brought to me. Then the driver didn't have a battery, but told me they had one at the shop. He jump started my car and brought me home after I drove it to their place. This was followed by a call saying they would have to order a battery and couldn't install it until the next day. The installation was surprisingly expensive because they had to "reset the door locks and things", which apparently didn't include the clock. They were very smooth and I've had too much to deal with lately to be at my best. I didn't even think, and no one suggested, that the old battery could have been recharged.

From the moment I reached out to Andrew and Peter, they were working hard to resolve the issue. They assisted with making arrangements for pick-up of my car and had completed the necessary repairs within 24 hours. I certainly value their timeliness, but more than anything else their professionalism and commitment to making things right. OUTSTANDING team! AWESOME service!
I have had several occasions that I needed car care in a somewhat emergency situation. Automotive Excellence is the perfect name for this business. They have gone out of their way to help me immediately and have prioritized my service to get my car and me up and running again. I highly recommend them . You will be more than satisfied.
