I was driving into Santa Maria to visit my pops. On the way into SM I got a couple of service lights. So I decided to give Rizzolis a chance. The service was great! The shop looks clean and it seems that they use all the best and newest equipment and software! If I am in town and need a service again I will definitely go back!

Had a great experience at Rizzoli’s today. It’s never convenient to take your car in, but Rizzoli’s does make it smooth. Thank you for getting our car in and serviced all in one day- even on a Monday! Thank you to Randy and the team for being kind, professional, efficient and prompt.

Was told they could diagnose and service my oil change issues. Charged for the oil change and then say take it to the dealer, you have a leak. They leave the leaked oil on the engine! A flammable substance. No treatment, no diagnostic, no investigation. Do not trust your car, life or family with these people. And when I asked or inquired about the safety of the vehicle they said "I don't know, your probably ok, go to the dealer!" I was belittled for questioning by the entire technical and sales staff. Do not use this arrogant and elitist auto shop. Always use the dealer.........these guys are unqualified for a simple oil change
My car was having electrical issues and called to make sure they could help me, I was told yes but advised I’d have to leave my car overnight before they could get to it the next day. I was ok with that because at that point it was urgent. I then had my car towed there at night and then the next afternoon got a call and text letting me know they diagnosed it and it had “multiple codes” but did not write any in the summary for me to look over. I was advised to take my car elsewhere like a dealership because only they would have the tools to diagnose it properly and fix the issues. Got charged ~$80 for a service I don’t know occurred with no proof of codes and then another tow to get it out of there. Need my car for work so also added a rental car to my spendings on this fiasco. Now I know to just go to the dealership in the future if I’m just going to be throwing money at it. Awesome customer service/front desk though, super friendly and quick.
I love this place. They always give personal attention. They’ve never seemed too busy to talk with me or answer all my questions. I’m very comfortable leaving my car with them knowing they take the very best care of it.Highly recommend them.
This is my first time using Rizzoli, but it won’t be the last. We were so impressed when we walked up as to how clean the shop was as well as the office! The guys in the office were so pleasant. I got a called to go over what needed to be done on my 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman, I already new I would need plugs based on mileage, I brought it in for an oil change and service required. I didn’t feel up sold because I was a woman. These were very nice people to deal with!!

I wish they would wash my car after service. Hate that it’s still dirty after service. They used to wash but not anymore. They give you a certificate to get it washed. I live in another town.Really miss that.

These guys are meticulous! I have a special edition sports car that is 19 years old with only 30,000 miles. It gets special attention at Rizzoli’s. Even the dealership does not how to work on this vehicle!My car is always in tip top shape and carefully cared for. They make sure it is always in great shape and drives as beautifully as it looks. I would not take it any where else.
They did and awesome job, and were super fast. Very nice guys at the counter, super polite and easy to work.with. no surprises, they kept me in the loop the whole way. Will be using them next time I have an issue or need maintenance

I thought I had a water pump problem, but they diagnosed the issue as a broken radiator cap that couldn’t hold the water pressure. That saved me a bunch of cash 😃👍

very unhappy they put a new axel in to the tune of 1100 then said i needed a new transmission for 9600, the nissan dealership said 6000 so towed it to nissan. they still charged me for the axel wish i had gone to nissan in the first place.
This was my second experience with Rizzoli’s and I was quite pleased. Service writer, Chuck, was helpful and friendly. Service was timely and done well. Will use them again.
The Rizzoli guys are amazing. The work done on my car was very good and my car run so well. They have always been very kind and friendly and they work is always good.
This post is long overdue, but the circumstances of restoring my vehicle greatly contributed to the delay. This place took care of me when I needed them to come through for a PCS. My '89 Wrangler has never run so well in the almost 10 years that I've owned it.
Rizzoli's performed a AAA Summer Checkup maintenance on my 2015 "Smart for Two", Smart Car, and they did it quickly and very professionally. They perform at the level of a "real" Mercedes-Benz dealer, which is in my estimation the best you can get. Good job, Rizzoli"s!
Rizzoli’s performed the AAA 40-Point inspection on our 2008 Hyundai Entourage. Service was very, very friendly, outstanding customer service. We were very impressed with the outstanding service we received.
I had a great experience with Rizzoli's! I accidentally overfilled my oil and they were able to get me in that morning for an oil change. Helpful, friendly and professional staff. Their shuttle service us also really nice! I will be using them again in the future!
I always use Rizzolis for my Mercedes service work. They are friendly, knowledgeable and with multiple locations they are far superior to Alfano in my opinion. Service with a smile a pricing to save you money. Keep up the great work everyone.Service: Battery
