I thought I had a water pump problem, but they diagnosed the issue as a broken radiator cap that couldn’t hold the water pressure. That saved me a bunch of cash 😃👍

Brake fluid replacement performed. Job was completed in about half the time as expected. Free shuttle service was quick and easy.
Had the wheel alignment done at Rizzoli’s and have no complaints about them I would definitely go back.
They did a outstanding good repairing our car we are so glad the exhaust smell is gone after they made the needed repairs. I would highly recommend this shop to family and friends.

very unhappy they put a new axel in to the tune of 1100 then said i needed a new transmission for 9600, the nissan dealership said 6000 so towed it to nissan. they still charged me for the axel wish i had gone to nissan in the first place.
This was my second experience with Rizzoli’s and I was quite pleased. Service writer, Chuck, was helpful and friendly. Service was timely and done well. Will use them again.
I had a air conditioning problem with my bmw. Had one day to get it fixed before vacation to 110 degrees in Arizona!! Phil said he would work it in and was repaired by mid afternoon!! Customer service was excellent!!! By the way… took the bmw to bmw who has don all the service for seven years! They said it was a 50/50 chance to fix the car! Highly recommend Rizeoli’s !!
Rizz could not identify or fix my automotive issue, which as a symptom was / is obvious; dead battery after overnight parking.Also, poor attention to “button-up” work: Plastic covers to battery terminals, left hanging / not re-capped.And the oil change: Instrument panel “change oil” notification light: Not correctly reset.Poor attention to detail.Long time customer, not likely to return.
I'm a local mechanic at a small shop .. just want to say the more you all keep trying to rip your customers off the more business I get. Over charging !way over priced? Selling work that is not needed. And charging for things that are under your inspection with LOF service is the way to chase customers away. Your new name is Rip Off Rizzolis. Keep it up. Thanks for the customers.
The Rizzoli guys are amazing. The work done on my car was very good and my car run so well. They have always been very kind and friendly and they work is always good.
This post is long overdue, but the circumstances of restoring my vehicle greatly contributed to the delay. This place took care of me when I needed them to come through for a PCS. My '89 Wrangler has never run so well in the almost 10 years that I've owned it.
The team there is awesome! Helped me get my car fixed and they were so fast since they had the parts already! I recommend them to anyone to needs automotive repairs or maintenance. You won’t regret it! 5/5 stars.
Rizzoli's performed a AAA Summer Checkup maintenance on my 2015 "Smart for Two", Smart Car, and they did it quickly and very professionally. They perform at the level of a "real" Mercedes-Benz dealer, which is in my estimation the best you can get. Good job, Rizzoli"s!

I was looking for somewhere to take my Land Rover to be looked at after smelling a burning smell and this place was recommended. I’ve taken my car to two other places (one out of state that said they worked on land rovers and having me drop it off and then not after I called at the end of the day to check on it they told me they were waiting on Land Rover go get back with them and I could come get it and they would call me when they got in touch with them and never called me leaving me no time to have my car fixed before I had to drive across the country) and then another local place that couldn’t work on it.I am so happy with the service I received.From calling to schedule an appointment, to dropping my car off, to picking it up, Phil was so nice every time I had to interact with him and I’m so happy the problem was solved so fast and affordable. I recently purchased a 2012 VW GTI 2-door base model that needed some work. Rizzoli’s identified and solved many problems with the car, with pictures included so I knew the issues were really there. Within a week including time my car was waiting for parts to ship they were able to replace the lower front control arms and bushings, the fuel pump, radiator, all fluids and drove the car extensively to test all of the work done. All work was handled efficiently and effectively and I got my car back driving better than it has for a long while. Randy handled the communication with me and made sure everything was clearly understood. I will definitely be returning if issues come up in the future.
