Rizzolis has taken care of our vehicles for the past 5 years. They have worked me in on moments notice for emergencies. Always very professional and I appreciate the added bonus of a free car wash. Phil and Randy are great ambassadors.Service: Engine repair
The staff are always nice and courteous, I found out about their service through a co-worker and they were highly recommended, I took my car in for regular services, rear brakes, and a couple of other things. I wish I would have known about this place sooner but now I Am right up the road from the Grover Beach location & will be using them again. I gave 5 stars because they have great customer service, are very knowledgeable and thorough & had my car done in a timely manner. Brandon even offered me an Uber ride since the gentleman picking me up had 15 min.left on his lunch break;) I absolutely love that they do a full inspection & text plus emailed me a report including pictures of anything wrong, for example: I need my filter replaced & have a small crack on my windshield. They took the time to send me pics. Excellent. 😊 I will be using them in the near future.Service: Oil change

Almost $7,000 to replace the transmission… that’s a joke. No thanks. Other places will seem to do it for half that including Nissan for $3,200.
My experience with Rizzoli's in Santa Maria, Ca.has been absolutely satisfying. Both Phil and Randy are knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The services provided regarding my vehicle are second to none! I leave Rizzoli's feeling wholly confident that I will experience peak performance from my automobile. The atmosphere is cordial. Your not treated as a customer, but a family member. Great customer service. Answered all of my questions. Work on the car was done with great care and expertise. Staff was great. Shuttle service provided. The young man who drove the shuttle was top notch.

Earlier this year, my Honda needed a plethora of repairs. I brought it to Rizzolis and they fixed it right up. More recently, I took my wife's VW in. Both times, I have received honest, top notch service. I really appreciate the detailed inspection reports. Rizzoli's really is the premier repair facility for our region.
These guys are awesome. I have a BMW, and they do a great job fixing it and maintaining it. They aren't out looking to squeeze every dollar out of my pocket. BMW's are expensive cars to maintain, and Rizzoli's does their best to keep the cost within reason. I love that they wash the car each time it goes in for service too.
I purchased my Volvo new in 2000 and liked the car so much I wanted to find a service company that cared about what I had to say and cared about making sure my vehicle got the best maintenance ! 18 years later, my Rizzoli's guys have assured me, by their expertise, that my car and I are being well taken care of. I remember saying "all I want to do is put gas in it - and go". This automotive service company is THE BEST ! Thank you for being thorough and listening - here's to 18 more years ! !
The people at the reception desk are so wonderful! I got my 90,000 mile checkup a couple months ago and they were great to deal with. I have a 2005 Honda Element that I love! I’m sure they would rather fix the BMWs or other cool cars, but I was treated with respect - if you love your car, we do to!My latest problem was the auto window part broke, they looked up my service record and the part was still under warranty, even paying nothing for the repair, they were fabulous to deal with!The only problem with Rizzoli’s is that I’m never waiting long enough to take advantage of their amazing waiting area!
All though, there may be some customers who come only for "do-nut Thursdays", I return each and every time knowing that Rizzoli's service is always exemplary. As I drive away, I always leave feeling confident that all issues have been attended to with accuracy and efficiency. But moreover,I especially appreciate the warm and personal greetings I receive by the crew at the reception desk both early in the morning and at the close of day.
First time going to Rizzoli's Automotive. I was impressed at how thorough their service is. Their inspections give a complete review of the car. The Santa Maria facility is very clean and well-kept. It is easy to see they take a lot of pride in their work and maintaining a clean, well-organized shop. The staff is very friendly, courteous and customer service oriented.
Rizzoli's Automotive is a professional shop that does quality work. The staff is very friendly and informative about your car needs. They are thorough and explain the work needed and priorities. I am a car guy and knew what my BMW needed and they did not oversell or perform unnecessary work. BMW's and European cars are expensive to repair and maintain so don't expect cheap work on your expensive car. Rizzoli's will definitely be less expensive than a dealer. I felt like Rizzoli's was a fair price for outstanding/ top notch work and trustworthy.

Do Not Go There. I asked for a written estimate five times and they would not provide it. I took my son's car in to find out what was leaking. I am 70 yrs old and I told them he has to approve all repairs. They would not provide a written estimate. 3 days later I get a bill for $1834 on a 2004 Volvo with 281,688 miles. It was a junker and they listed $8,000 more repairs. I never gave any authorization . Then they gave me liability release form stating I had to release them from any and all work performed on the vehicle related to that invoice. I would not sign it because I did not know what was done to the car. I have emails I sent to them requesting a written estimate. They would not respond. DO NOT GO THERE. Its been a Horrible experience.
Took my Eurovan there with a few issues. They looked it over and recommended a more specialized dealer to have the work done right. Didn't charge me for the inspection. Nice guys. Straight shooters

I've been taking my car in to Rizzoli's for about 5 years now. They're service-oriented and very informative. I never feel like I'm being "sold" on services I don't need, and for me, that's a big deal. I'm a happy customer!
