NOT ONE OF THE MANY TIMES WE'VE HAD WORK NEEDED WE'LL BE GOING BACK TO RIZZOLIS AND THE FACT THAT YOU RECEIVE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER CARE AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN ANY OTHER PLACE SINCE I WENT THERE FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME, I HAVE BEEN & I WILL CONTINUE TO REMAIN A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I don't know why people say they are too expensive... I'd rather pay a bit more for excellent honest work than have a terrible job done at a cheap rate. You get what you pay for!
Great service at reasonable prices. They give you a ride home if you need to leave your car. And the always wash and vac your car before you get back. Nice people to work with too.
Came in for a simple repair and left with a laundry list of things they suggested. Most were routine maintenance so I had the work done. Some of the parts were really pricey. They forgot to reset the diagnostics after my oil change so I needed to go back two weeks later to have that done.

The service area is visible from the reception area through large windows for those interested in the progress of their car, and the mechanics are excellent. For those wanting to relax, the lounge is first-class comfortable.
