Quick and easy. Carlos was very helpful and even encouraged me to check if my insurance included free roadside assistance for towing. Fair pricing as far as I know and was able to get my car running again in a couple days.

Rock Solid was recommended by a neighbor. My 2017 Audi Q7 needed a new wheel bearing. Good communications. I was able to see the defective part and understand the work that was completed. The garage was immaculate.

I took my F-Pace to Rock Solid Auto after Jaguar told me I was only having a coolant censor issue which clearly wasnt true since my engine over heating warning came on. In a couple of hours Rock Solid Auto found 4 coolant leaks that Jaguar missed. Not only did they fix it in 2 days but Carlos showed my the damaged parts and walked me through the findings. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. The only place I am willing to take my car for repairs now.

Carlos and his team did an amazingly quick CV axle replacement on my van while we were in town on vacation and had a failure. No upcharge or any of that mess, even though it had to be done same day due to travel plans. 100% recommended!

I’ve known Carlos for almost 15 years now and was so excited when he opened his own business shortly after my previous local automotive expert retired. It is really important for me to know and trust someone in the automotive industry to take care of my vehicles since I’m so dependent on personal forms of transportation in this suburban community. Carlos is extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. I appreciate his honest and direct approach to service as much as I care about his friendly and down-to-earth demeanor. It also means a lot to know that anyone he hires is just as trustworthy as him. I would recommend Rock Solid to anyone looking for locally-owned and operated automotive care in the Mooresville area. Carlos is the best!

I brought my BMW in for Vehicle inspection knowing there was a check engine light on that would need to be diagnosed. Also I needed the drains for the sunroof unclogged. The check engine issue required extend diagnostics to find the issue. Once determined I received the repair quote and authorized the repair. Rock Solid was responsive, the repairs were performed expertly, they cleaned the engine and auto. I was very pleased with the experience.

Took my BMW, it was leaking everything.. oil, coolant and power steering fluid. Came here because of the google rating. The owner Carlos even gave me a ride home. My car was fixed by the next day, everything seems to be going well, I would recommend them on their level of professionalism and efficiency 👍

We were experiencing an unusual battery issue that caused us to bounce between dealership/mechanics while looking for a solution. Carlos was patient and took the time to get our car fixed. He communicated regularly and went above and beyond to help. He even took our car to get the state inspection completed while he had it. We appreciate his help!

I trust Carlos and his team 100%. I recently took my vehicle to a station for a required safety inspection and you guessed it. They found over $1600 worth of repair work they claimed was necessary to pass the inspection. I didn't believe them and took it to Rock Solid Auto and they said only one of those items needed to be addressed and that was not a big item. I trust Carlos explicitly.

Carlos was professional and communicated with me regularly about my car. He listened to my concerns with the car to understand what I was experiencing. I felt totally confident in his expertise and diagnosis. He even mentioned a symptom that the car should’ve been having that I forgot to mention. It was a key symptom that would validate the concern. He was spot on. My car was repaired quickly and I received a follow up from him to ensure I was pleased with the repair! This will definitely be my new place for repairs for my Volvo. My sons Bday present BMW 328 was at another shop for over 60 days for issues after they changed valve cover gasket. Car was barely running when it limped into Rock Solid Auto but Carlos and the team had it up and running like a champ in days. I needed a lot of maintenance work done on my Jetta and Carlos and his team did an excellent job. My Jetta is up and running better than ever. Their pricing was fair and much more affordable then the Volkswagen dealership! I will only be taking my car to Rock Solid AutoCare from now on and I will be sure to recommend them to family and friends!

Rock Solid is the best car repair service in Mooresville. The prices are reasonable and he always provides honest recommendations for repairs. If the wait will be longer than normal he has complimentary car shuttle for pickup and drop off if needed. I trust Carlos Perez with my car. Thanks for all you do to keep my car healthy, safe and on the road.
