My car had tire problems and I had to come in for a quick repair. While it's not something that they typically take care of, they stopped what they were doing to help me out. 15 minutes later I was back in the road. They were really great people. Very friendly and efficient.

Very positive experience at Rock Solid with our Range Rover Sport. Carlos and his colleagues told us what the car did NOT need, as well as what it did need. Saved us a bunch vs. dealership. Very honest and the car has never run better. 👍👍

Thanks Carlos and Rick for finally convincing me that we had a bad battery that was causing our XC90 Volvo not to start periodically. After replacing the battery (which was still under warranty) with a new larger one specified by Volvo we've had zero problems. These guys know their craft and you can trust them to do a great job.

Carlos and crew are my go to mechanics when it comes to my Range Rover. They are extremely knowledgeable and have competitive pricing. If you have a foreign car and you want to save money, Rock Solid AutoCare is THE place to go.

This team is kind, affordable and efficient. They go the extra mile when I’m home in NC visiting family from Ga and I always get my car work done while here because I trust them. I always get good work done at an affordable and honest price.

Carlos is the man. He's looked after my wife's car for several years and has always been honest, courteous, and super helpful. I had trouble with my truck and he charged me a fair price and fixed it up right!

Strikingly clean organized shop. Reasonable prices. Provided a detailed writeup with the invoice on exactly what was done. I'm only in the Mooresville area temporarily but will use Rock Solid Auto Care exclusively while I'm here.

Carlso- Was great to work with, very honest and cares about the quality of work he does. The alternator went o my care and Carlos took it right in gave me options to repair and bad the repair done quickly. I would reccomend him for your car repair needs.

Been going to Rock Solid AutoCare for around two years. Carlos is a good mechanic who efficiently diagnoses issues quickly and accurately. He has worked on my Chevy Lunina, Hyundai Veracruz, BMW 325ci, and Nissan Xterra. Truly a breadth of knowledge across many makes and models. I trust Rock Solid with all my repairs now.

Highly recommend! Hard to find a local shop for our Volvo, but this is it. Great service- reliable, fast, honest, reasonably priced. Carlos goes above and beyond for his customers. Rock Solid is our new go-to mechanic in Mooresvile for all our family’s vehicles!

i recently was told by a local transmission shop that my jeep didn't need a part thats inside my transmission that controls my reverse lites , well long story short i took my Jeep back to Carlos @ Rock Solid auto care in mooresville and he checked out my same problem and found out that IT WAS THAT SAME PART , thats inside my transmission , Carlos replaced that part and now i HAVE MY REVERSE LITES. i'M A VERY HAPPY CAMPER NOW.>>> THANKS CARLOS FOR YOUR HELP with my problem, you've got MY BUSINESS FOR LIFE>>>. Carlos and the guys have taken care of both of our vehicles for the last few years. Last week I had an emergency problem with my truck and it was late Friday evening. I showed up without an appointment and I needed to use that vehicle to go out of town.They took me right in, diagnosed my issue and fixed my problem quickly. I was on my way in time to make my trip. They have always been very helpful. Above all I trust Carlos to always do the right thing and he always has.Good christian man. I would recommend you give him a chance to earn your business. Carlos and his guys have done excellent work for me multiple times. I was new to the area a couple of years ago, and finding a new mechanic that you can trust is tough. These guys deliver! They always explain issues and even offer options if applicable. The work is done well, with quality parts, and on time. Seriously, use Rock Solid Auto.
PS: their new location is much easier to access.

I have used Carlos for a few years now. He is always accommodating and does great work at a reasonable price. It’s nice having my car repaired and when you pick it up it’s been washed and vacuumed too. It’s nice knowing you have an honest Mechanic that’s hard to find these days. Two years ago I was told I needed work done on my car at a Toyota place when I was doing warranty work and when I took my car to Carlos he showed me that was not needed. Saved me a lot of money! Highly recommended him!
