Carlos and crew did exactly what I asked them to do and then some on my 2016 Murano. Called me mid-job to verify a question and had my car done when he said it would be done. All that at a very fair price, certainly lower than what a dealer would charge and with a lot more care. We absolutely will be taking our cars to Rock Solid Autocare for all our vehicle maintenance.

These guys know their stuff! Rick is an expert in Jaguar's (among other brands) which is hard to find outside of a dealership. He went above and beyond on both vehicles he serviced for me - professional, courteous and affordably priced. I highly recommend!

Carlos is a fantastic and honest mechanic. We are new in the area from Raleigh and had some issues with my wife's Volvo. Carlos just handled it, cheaper than what we had quoted in Raleigh. So, I let him tune up my Yukon and address some traction control and airbag issues. Again, Carlos came through all at reasonable prices and only for what was needed. I plan on using Rock Solid Autocare for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

Carlos and his team rock! I’ve never felt more secure about having my vehicle repaired. Carlos won’t lead you wrong, his business is built on trust and quality care and his prices are more than fair. Carlos is my go-to mechanic! You can’t go wrong with Rock Solid!

Carlos and Rick went beyond my expectations to resolve my wife's Volvo C-30 air conditioning issue that the dealership never fixed. Will take all my vehicles to Rock Solid from now on. Repair price was more than reasonable for the diagnostic work done.

Rock Solid Auto Care is the ONLY place I will take my cars. Carlos and his team are the best, most reliable, and most trustworthy mechanics in Mooresville. I cannot speak highly enough about their work. If you’re having an issue, go to Rock Solid.

Very good experience for me and will definitely return and recommend to others. Most important was how organized and neat the shop is kept and how they went the extra mile by cleaning my car and was done as originally estimated.

Great shop, Carlos is very TRUSTWORTHY and thorough. Couldn't believe he took the time to wash and vaccum my car after fixing it. Will only be taking my car here for anything in the future.
