I used this business twice. First time 2 years ago when y car was completely broke and I towed my car to them. I had relied on google reviews... I ended up with a fat bill but I had no other options.... couldnt even drive my car to another shop. The second time I took it for a pre-trip service and after charging me for $175, they gave me a long list of things that needed to change. I took the car to other auto shops and got second opinion because the “must do” list would cost me half of the value of my car. Other auto shops gave me way lower estimates and didn’t think a lot of those other necessary items are necessary. I called 3 dealerships to check the price of parts they suggested to replace... the cost difference we’re astronomical... for example $17 for a $2 part. I ended up ordering the parts myself and got them replaced for exactly half of the cost estimate Auto Lense gave me. I don’t think I’d ever use them again.
We love Lens! Always friendly, professional and straightforward about the work they do.Our family has been taking our cars to Lens for decades. Honda’s, Fords, Chevys, Subarus, Volkswagens.....they do a great job on all of them.I recommend them without reservation!
My family has been using Len's Automotive for auto repair for decades. We know that our vehicles will get quality servicing. Len's doesn't recommend work that isn't needed like many dealers do. Len's has been the goto auto shop for all my cars and I drive them for many years. I can always depend on Len's to keep my cars in top shape and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great service, Lens is always very professional and is very thorough in their communications, repairs and service.
This place is on top of things. Extremely reliable, organized, and friendly. They took very good care of our Subaru when we lived in Washington state. We appreciate the honesty, reminders, and coupons. I've actually never seen a mechanic take such great lengths to offer emails with such good savings in them!

Excellent service, thorough understanding of my vehicle needs
Lens Auto was great to me and my car! They found lower price parts of the same make/grade for me without me asking. After replacing the brakes they gave me a full diagnosis of my car and deals for upcoming maintenance! This is why I love home grown shops like Lens!

Len's has always come through for us with vehicle repairs. To be able to trust a mechanic is worth so much. we work hard for our money and we need to make it count and I believe we get our money's worth

I have been getting my car serviced at Len's for years. They have always been good, honest and friendly at a reasonable rate. I don't know much about car maintenance; so it gives me such a peace of mind that I can always turn to them if something happens.

For years my ol’ dad brought all of his cars to Len’s. I used to but tried out other garages for a while. If the old adage is true that everyone needs to know a good plumber, lawyer, and mechanic I should’ve just listened to dad. I’ll be back.

Recently, I had a bad alternator on my son's 2007 Acura MDX (180K+ miles). I bought a new replacement battery since the old one was 4.5 yrs old, but the same day encountered electrical problems again which made me think it was more than just an old battery. The problem was that this happened the day before I was leaving town with my son for a Labor day weekend trip. Brian at Len's Automotive helped me to arrange a tow to their garage. They worked with me over the phone to figure out what needed to be replaced and tested at a reasonable price. The car was returned the following week after I got back. Everything is working just fine now. I appreciated their level of service and professionalism. I have trusted Len's Automotive to take care of my cars for years now.

Kyle and Bryan were very helpful in fixing the essential problems in my car. In dealing with the customer, Bryan was courteous, direct and a good listener. I brought the car back since I felt it had not be completely fixed. Bryan made additional checks to eliminate that the problems I found were related to the repair that had been done.
