These guys are fantastic. All of the work is top notch, and they do a great job of explaining why you need what you do, and what options you might have. I've been taking my company vehicles here for years and been able to rely on their recommendations. I hate having to get cars repaired, but the folks at Len's have made it as easy and reliable as I can imagine.
They simply provide great service! First off, the walls in their lobby is filled with awards from AAA, Angie's list, Nextdoor Neighbors, and Yelp. These awards were all warned recently too! That should speak volumes by themselves. The staff who greeted me were friendly and were upfront about what expectations I should hold about my service. If it might take longer it might require additional work then they will say so. I've gone to Len'sWLen's automotive a few times now. Reach time they've stopped to notify/confirm with me what work needs to be done and how much it will cost before they perform the work. They will also tell you and document everything that's done or should be done in the future. They are competitively priced and provide great mechanical and customer service!

I have a 1994 Toyota which had been giving me trouble for quite awhile.
I am 78 years old and had been having health problems myself for a while,
with a son who has been sick for over a year, my car was vital to me. On Sunday night I got a phone call to check my car as it appears oil was leaking.
Living in an affordable income apartment for seniors many came to give me advice about where to take the car. One of the guys called me and realized I was in bad shape, most of us live only on social security. He told me about
Len's and the number of people that swear by them. I called the next morning and talked with Chris who is so special. They went over the whole
car and Chris gave me the new of how bad the car was and how many things were wrong. After giving the me huge cost of repair and learning I only had my covid check to pay he tried to help but we said good-by. I soon got a call from Chris telling me he and the guys in the shop wanted to help so they would stay late and fix my car for FREE. There is a God, Easter bunny, and the Men of Len's Automotive. You will never be forgotten!

Kyle from Len's Automotive took my call on a public holiday and quickly booked an appointment for me the next day. When I arrived, he was super clear in communication, in terms of what work would be done and an estimate on the costs. The actual costs were right in line, and communications, in terms of explaining what was going on with the car, were clear. And when I was on site, people were wearing masks. Very smooth experience from top to bottom, THANK YOU!

I always have a good experience when I take our cars to Len's. They are upfront with costs, they make recommendations on upcoming potential repairs needed, but do not push. Highly recommend.

Top notch, old-school great service, but with all the modern tech. Been taking several cars there for several years, and never had a bad outcome with any issue. A breath of fresh air.

I am a longtime customer at Len’s Automotive and feel more than comfortable having them handle my older car’s repairs. The staff is personable and professional, and I feel that I always receive a fair deal. The great staff also goes above and beyond for their customers, which is noted and appreciated. Bravo!

Been with Lens for over 10 years. Trustworthy, locally owned and reliable.
Honest and dependable. Excellent service. Clearly these guys worked hard to build their reputation and they take pride in their work.

Len's has ALWAYS done a good job and I trust them implicitly. You are in good hands when you go to Len's. Count on it!

My family has been using Len's Automotive for auto repair for decades. We know that our vehicles will get quality servicing. Len's doesn't recommend work that isn't needed like many dealers do. I used to work in a car dealership and know the shady stuff that goes on there... But Len's is an HONEST auto repair shop. Seriously!
I won't take my car anywhere else and recommend them to all my friends and family. They are fast, courteous, and honest.
Had a wonderful experience. Chris was the Service Advisor and kept me informed as they were working on my car. I had a rounded oil plug on my 2006 Mini Cooper, that another Oil Change shop had messed up. Apparently they had applied Thread locker to the drain plug so it was difficult to remove. Chris told me that they were able to Chisel the plug out, however this ran the risk of requiring a replacement of the Oil Pan. It was noted that my car was currently leaking oil, and was not in a state that was recommended for driving around. I confirmed that they would be able to chisel the plug out. The Technician working on my car, Khoa, did an excellent job and removed the plug successfully! I am thankful I came to Len's Automotive, where they were able to save me the money of going to a Mini Dealership (which wanted to replace the entire oil pan regardless). I will definitely be recommending Len's Automotive to others. Keep up the good work, and give a raise to Khoa and Chris. They were amazing.

I always feel secure taking my car to Len's Automotive. They know what they're doing, are efficient, honest, informative and friendly.
I have used and trusted Len's Automotive for over 10 years. They are consistently helpful and trustworthy. I especially appreciate that they only recommend work that is needed - when I brought my first car in for service I had a long list of items from the dealership that added up to over $2K, the Len's team reviewed and determined only one of the 12 things needed to be done immediately. As a long standing customer, I also appreciate their willingness and ability to squeeze me in when I have an urgent issue.
We take both of our cars to Len's and have done so for years. Good up front people.
Honest and always offer the best advice.
Tucked away off the main roads in Bellevue is this gem of a auto shop. Great customer service and engagement, periodic coupon mailers, special offers, and an oil change punch card keychain, all help to set Len's apart from the rest.

Service was a spark plug replacement on a Toyota Highlander which the dealer would have charged $800. Not an easy job for anyone with the back spark plugs tucked way back on the backside of the engine block.
Work was done as requested,on time and way under dealer quote. Thank you Kyle and service team at Len's Automotive.

I always get great service from the team at Len's. I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota which run incredibly well despite the age and miles. The team at Len's fixes what is broken, and recommends work that I should consider having done as well. I've never felt that they have recommended work that didn't need to be done and, the work is always done well.
