We've been taking our cars to Lens for over 10 years. We love that it's a small, local business. They have always been up front about any repairs needed and charges. We trust them with all our cars and have never been disappointed with their service. They even came to our house to pick up a car needing service and returned when it was done during the pandemic!

Len's has always been THE BEST! I HEARTILY recommend them to anyone who needs a good checkup. They are friendly and competent. Something you don't always find everywhere. Pat. Banner

I have been taking both our family cars to Len's for over 10 years, and every single time I have had impeccable service. They help me evaluate the impact of the repairs they identify as needed so I can spread the expenses out, they explain carefully each of the issues they see, they tell me of the things I could do myself instead of them to save on cost, and they are extremely honest. I would go nowhere else after working with Len's Automotive.

If I could give more stars I would. I had just moved to Bellevue a month ago, and was visiting home for the weekend. Saturday my car started making a grinding noise like something was scrapping on the ground, nothing was hanging down from what I could see. I worked in the automotive industry before I moved over here so I had my assumption that it was a cv joint but you can never know 100% until you actually look under the vehicle. But even with automotive experience, as well as my dad being very experienced, I was afraid to go to a mechanic shop. Especially because I’m a girl, I was afraid of being lied to and people trying to take advantage of me (not knowing I worked in the industry). I called around to different shops and Lens was the ONLY ONE to actually help me. The others just said they’d “call me back” (never did) or were really rude. I took my car down to Lens and told them I assumed it was the CV joint and they agreed it was from the things my car was doing and that They could do it the next day. I gave them ok and dropped it off that morning. They even paid for my Uber home. I was going to replace both sides and they actually told me the left side was fine and didn’t need replaced quite yet. But they had found a lengthy list of other problems with my car as they were going about making repairs. People get so mad about this but that’s them being diligent and doing their jobs correctly and it’s good customer service and makes for good business. They called me whenever there was a problem and were very detailed in explaining things to me (not knowing I had car knowledge) and I would give them ok to fix it. They knew I had a budget and were able to work with me on the budget and were so nice and considerate. They called and I went and picked up my car. Before I got there I knew I was going to ask to see my old parts (I trusted them but it’s good to verify) and I didn’t even ask yet and they already had them set aside to show me and we’re showing me everything. Washington state doesn’t require that even though some states do. Then , on the invoice, instead of just a list of parts, labor, and numbers, under each item was a description of how they found problem, why it needed replaced, and the entire process they went through while fixing my vehicle. And the shop was SO CLEAN. I was a manager of a shop that never stayed clean so I understand how hard it is lol. I was SO IMPRESSED. My service advisor was Chris and I couldn’t thank him enough. Highly recommend.

Before a decent road trip, I took my car into Lens for power steering noise. I thought I needed a brand new power steering pump, so I asked to replace my old one. However, Kyle and the team were upfront, informed me of everything that needed to be done and told me a honest and non-salesman pitch answer. I was relieved that I didn’t need a new pump and my car’s issue was fixed in a timely manner. I am very pleased by their professionalism and honesty.

They are awesome! Super nice and down to earth. They went above and beyond, finding out that my car is still under warranty, saving me thousands of dollars. They even provided me an uber home. I highly recommend Len's Automotive! They genuinely Care about their customers.

They could charge me at least couple of hundred dollars, and I was not surprised to hear that, but they fixed the issue with no charge. Thanks for your honesty. I strongly recommend this repair shop to you.

I've had my 6 cars repaired at Len's since 1991. They have always done a great job, are reasonably priced and have done extras that have helped me out. If something was wrong, they have always bent over backwards to make it right.

Len's always does a great job! They have incredible customer service. They explain what they have done, their recommendations and go above and beyond to make sure our cars are running well!

I appreciate the good honest service when I brought my 2006 Toyota Avalon in for an oil change and learned that the power steering needed some work. The office people and service people were all most courteous and kind, I appreciated the rides to and from my home from the courteous driver.

Excellent work done with high integrity. Could have done part of the work and charged us but chose to tell us about a warranty recall that could be used.

I have been a customer of Len's for over 7 years. They were highly recommended, and they have lived up to my expectatuons, and then some. It had always felt uncomfortable to take my car to the garage, as I felt I always had to be watching out for recommendations for costly, unnecessary repairs. Not anymore. Thanks Len's. I've been bringing my vehicles to Len's for seven or more years; six different vehicles, each with its own unique characteristics and issues. I shopped around carefully, interviewing three different shops, before choosing Len's for all of our service work. Some of the repairs to my cars and trucks were significant problems that my prior service provider could not fix; the crew at Len's never failed to resolve my issues. They are great not only because of the quality of the mechanics they hire, but for the way that needed repairs (and future service requirements) are explained carefully and in common terms that everyone can understand. Kyle and the staff at Len's are easy to work with and will have my business for many years to come.

My car has 120,000 miles on it. The dealer suggested a major repair -- or trade it in for a new car. I needed a second opinion. I went to Len's Automotive for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. They diagnosed the real problem, I paid less than $300 and my car is good to go. I am very pleased!

I have used Len's Automotive for quite a few years and been so pleased with the honest service that I had received. I was only disappointed once when dealing with a new Service Representative and considered trying another business. However, Kyle, from Len's, texted me a few times so I decided to return. For my most recent service I dealt with Byran who I immediately felt would again provide the service I most valued and trusted. I was not disappointed. I will certainly try to work through him in the future.

Len's is such a great shop. I am a customer of 40 plus years. They have always taken such exceptional care of my vehicles. Customer service is outstanding along with their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been taking my vehicles to Len's for several years. They do a thorough job and look beyond whatever you brought it in for to make sure you're going to be safe at the very least. I've never been able to stump them, though I haven't gone in with an intermittent electrical failure which is the worst. They get the work done when they said it would be done. They communicate clearly and thoroughly. Once they've seen your car they keep up with the recommended services as they arise, which makes up for my lackadaisical approach to automobile maintenance. I don't let a year go by without them getting at least a chance to do an oil change because I know they'll look the whole thing over and let me know what's due or what needs attending to.
