I used to work in a car dealership and know the shady stuff that goes on there... But Len's is an HONEST auto repair shop. Seriously! I won't take my car anywhere else and recommend them to all my friends and family. They are fast, courteous, and honest.

Had a wonderful experience. Chris was the Service Advisor and kept me informed as they were working on my car. I had a rounded oil plug on my 2006 Mini Cooper, that another Oil Change shop had messed up. Apparently they had applied Thread locker to the drain plug so it was difficult to remove. Chris told me that they were able to Chisel the plug out, however this ran the risk of requiring a replacement of the Oil Pan. It was noted that my car was currently leaking oil, and was not in a state that was recommended for driving around. I confirmed that they would be able to chisel the plug out. The Technician working on my car, Khoa, did an excellent job and removed the plug successfully! I am thankful I came to Len's Automotive, where they were able to save me the money of going to a Mini Dealership (which wanted to replace the entire oil pan regardless). I will definitely be recommending Len's Automotive to others. Keep up the good work, and give a raise to Khoa and Chris. They were amazing.

I have used and trusted Len's Automotive for over 10 years. They are consistently helpful and trustworthy. I especially appreciate that they only recommend work that is needed - when I brought my first car in for service I had a long list of items from the dealership that added up to over $2K, the Len's team reviewed and determined only one of the 12 things needed to be done immediately. As a long standing customer, I also appreciate their willingness and ability to squeeze me in when I have an urgent issue.

Tucked away off the main roads in Bellevue is this gem of a auto shop. Great customer service and engagement, periodic coupon mailers, special offers, and an oil change punch card keychain, all help to set Len's apart from the rest.

So Len's removed my photos I posted of the crazy ridiculous prices they were trying to charge me.$300 for an oil change what the heck . My AAA guy towed me here after my battery failed on me. Lens was charging me over 1K for unnecessary work, little did they know my dad was a mechanic and he pretty much told off the guy on the phone when I called to quote him. I immediately towed my car out but still had to pay like 80 bucks for diagnostics. I figured I would write this since they deleted my photos. I had the work done on my car in October so this is kind of overdue but I hope whoever reads this finds this helpful. My car only needed the battery which I got replaced at pep boys on warranty yet as mentioned Lens was charging me over 1k for things I did not even need. If you're a woman don't go here! They are just trying to rip off dumb people who don't know jack shit about cars. I never thought I'd thank my dad for anything in my life but he's been a mechanic for over 40 years, thanks pops. Len's staff go to church, confess your sins, check your moral conscious.

I have been taking my car to Len's for many years. I have been very happy with the service I have received. I was recently there for some service on my truck. I had suspected several issues due to the symptoms and suggested them. I was very glad that they inspected everything I suggested and more, as I don't have the time or knowledge to do all of that myself, and I require a reliable vehicle. They have been working on my car since I bought it new 14 years ago, and it has been a totally reliable 14 years. So I suppose I will continue to use them. Also I would recommend using them if you care about your car, as it is better to fix things you find from routine inspection than to wait until it is broken, and you are on the side of the road.

Service was a spark plug replacement on a Toyota Highlander which the dealer would have charged $800. Not an easy job for anyone with the back spark plugs tucked way back on the backside of the engine block. Work was done as requested,on time and way under dealer quote. Thank you Kyle and service team at Len's Automotive.

I always get great service from the team at Len's. I have a 2006 Dodge Dakota which run incredibly well despite the age and miles. The team at Len's fixes what is broken, and recommends work that I should consider having done as well. I've never felt that they have recommended work that didn't need to be done and, the work is always done well. David / Bellevue

They are amazing. I have total confidence in their diagnostic capabilities and know when they something needs to be done, it does. Many times the repair can wait.

I trust them totally. They are totally honest regarding the work I need explaining if it needs to be done now or can wait. They want every customer to be totally happy. That's why they have 100 percent approval rating.

Len's has always been very nice to me. The bills are a little high for me but I imagine they are necessary. I thought I had a coupon but looked and looked and couldn't find it. Too late I found a card in my purse for $25. Darn! Anyway, I do feel secure with the care my car receives there.Diane Di Fazio

Len's is always good. A small thing: since I already asked them to change the battery (6 years old), if they would have done that first, they could have cleared the faults and turned on the ECSystem and saved most of troubleshooting time. I am sure they used their best judgement, it's just different than I would have done.

I had a pre-sale inspection on a car I was thinking about purchasing. Len's did a thorough job and provided me with detailed information on the car and what needed to be fixed. They were very professional and did it in a very timely manner.

- My experiences at Len's Automotive began in the latish '80s and I still call them for help. What would I say about them? From Len--the original owner, to his son Ken--the current owner; ... from Steve--Len's original righthand man and service manager, to Bob--Ken's righthand man and service manager ... and the other service writers over the years, and, well, actually ... decades. All the mechanics, too, we just never saw them. What in the world would I say? They did all the 'normal' work--lube, oil, filter changes; pre-emissions testing work, general tune-ups, etc. Len's always gave my cars a good once over and let me know when something would be needing work and in what sort of time frame. They advised me of pending tire problems, potential brake issues ... whatever, you name it. They always maintained extensive, accurate records that we could all rely on for questions. Len/Ken and their crews were on top of everything. They pre-inspected used vehicles for me, when it was agreeable to the sellers. They never once failed to stand by their work 100% plus and always backed me to the hilt and beyond. On one occasion I was not able to physically retrieve my vehicle and Bob, himself, took my truck to the next shop on its journey. A now, long gone, neighboring automotive body shop, was demanding payment-in-full for some extremely shoddy and completely unacceptable work on my car. Ken actually guided me in exactly what to say to that facility manager and allowed me to use his name; which was what it took, in the end, for that place to zero their balance. One summer in Williams, Arizona I was having a great deal of difficulty trying to get my car off of the lift, in the Texaco station. I had left the car filling with gas and returned to find it had been moved onto the lift(!?!) and "in emergency need of four new tires", according to the manager! He would not lower my car unless I allowed him to replace my tires, which were relatively new!!! Needless to say, I called Len's and let the then service writer (who at one time had worked in a tire factory) speak to that manager. My car was down that lift so fast, they refused payment for the fuel and the manager hid in the bathroom for over 20 minutes--he had seen me coming towards him with my camera. Note: Driving up to this station I was wondering, why?, in the middle-of-nowhere did they have about a dozen rolling tire racks full of still wrapped tires. Live and learn right? I could go on, as nauseum, about everything that Len, his son and employees have done for me. All things considered, probably the most important thing for me has been their absolute honesty. That may sound odd these days, because in general, business practices overall have improved greatly. Thanks, in great part to social media and better communications all around. Back in the '80s it was not necessarily the norm for a woman to be able to take her vehicle to every automotive shop around and be treated as well as I was back then, by Len's Automotive. Len's Automotive has been a leader in the field of customer relations and a real shining star, a beacon light for women everywhere. Thanks, Guys!

I appreciate your squeezing me in to replace a headlamp -- and faster than anticipated despite not having the part you thought was in stock. I had made arrangements to have additional work done the following week, based on recommendations from a long-time mechanic after my last oil change.(You're closer to my office). However, upon getting the quote, your prices were about $220 more than a competitor. For headlight, the difference was only about $5 (I replaced the other one about a month ago.)

I was referred by a coworker, Nancy Harnasch simple because she told me that you guys were honest. I made an appt and was helped by Bryan and he's been more than helpful and upfront from the get go. My car isn't tip top, but slowly working my way up to it. Bryan made my experience as a new client very pleasant.

Jonathan was particularly diligent regarding my concerns that whoever worked on the car was made aware of its special starting procedure. I would have rated 5 stars, except for my lack of understanding of why a job that was scheduled in for 7:30 A. M. on Tuesday would not be ready until Friday afternoon. I've had work done and Len's before and have always been satisfied with the results.

Len's Automotive was really efficient, dropped off my truck, was given a ride to and from Len's and fixed my leak. The people are friendly and they make me feel like I am an important customer. I recommend them when someone asks who I use for automotive care.
