Estimate was $450 when I chatted in person and dropped off my car. Got a call a few hours later charging $750. After some discussion, they lowered to $660. I had extreme sticker shock but had to pay.

Labor cost are exorbitant
I recently took my dad's truck in for oil change and etc- Len's did such a great job as they always do. Jess, Leo and Nate are the best, informative and friendly, and most of all, trustworthy. Safety is their first priority. We've been taking our cars to Len's for years and I can't recommend them enough!!
Jess took great care of our van, and made sure it was done on time. Would recommend!
Dr. Water leaking specialist went this autoshop to diagnose the water leaking from moonroof and from somewhere. Carpet dry and no mold smell after cleaned the water damage from driver seat floor carpet.
Excellent diagnosis of oil leak along with a check of other key parts of car, some of which needed attention. Work done on time and on cost estimate. Great service.

They were able to get me in on the same day to do a pre purchase inspection. It was more thorough than I was expecting and less expensive than anticipated. They were very friendly and happy to explain their findings. They ended up saving me a lot of money. I highly recommend.

Service did not get done. Will go elsewhere for service.
Brake problems were completely resolved. Pleasant customer serve staff.
They were attentive, honest, & I didn’t feel that they made me pay for extra unnecessary things. Thank you!!
Solid work. Good service. When the original supplier was unable to provide the part needed, Len's was quick to find a substitute. Totally satisfied with the results.

Drastically lower your prices. Stop nickel and diming.
They are scammers, do not trust these mechanics.they let me down.Pay 465.24 for nothing. They say they have been around for 55 years but have no new car experience. I brought you a 2016 Chevy Malibu ECO because the car was losing power from one moment to the next and they checked it and had it for several days and they did not find the problem. I showed them that this car has 2 batteries and they told me that they had never seen this type of car before. I also took him to repair the air conditioning and they couldn't because they needed a special tool that they didn't have and they wanted to charge me 2000 dollars and in 1 day I found what the problem was and repaired it, it was only changing the doors of the fans and I only had to remove the glove box on the passenger side and some moldings and that's it. The power loss, I also repaired it, what I needed was to change the secondary battery that is in the trunk and clean a connection that is under the battery. They sent me a message telling me that if I had a problem they would help me, I told them that the car lost power again and they never answered my messages agesain.They are scammers, do not trust these mechanics.

I have used this shop for all repairs on a 2002 VW Jetta TDI since the Wagon Shop went out of business a few years ago. I highly recommend them.
I've been taking my work van to Len's for close to 20 years. Through a new fuel pump, new front end bushings, new engine manifold and a recent service on the fuel system, Len's has kept my money maker on the road and ready for service. Thanks Len's!
