I have been a customer at Len's Automotive for many, many years. The crew is first rate all the way. Even when problems arise they I find a way to take the high road and make sure that I am taken care of. They always find a way to exceed expectations. I was referred to this business many years ago by a fleet manager that feels the same way about Len's.

As always, you did a great job on my car. My car had a minor issue in addition to annual servicing, and when I mentioned it, you did a test drive, found the problem and fixed it in no time. Staff is always nice, friendly and organized. I can't be happier.

Excellent service, communication, and customer care. Integrity isn't too common within the auto repair industry, sadly, but it really means something at Len's. They're easy to talk to and you can count on them following up with you - not only during the scope of the repairs but also some time afterwards to see that everything is going well. You just won't receive this type of service and attention elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Len's for more than 30 years for both my automobiles and my motor home. Their work has always been first class and I rely on their expertise in suggesting items that need attention.

A bit pricey, but worth it. They will usually have your vehicle back the same day and call you if anything is discovered during the work so you can make a decision. They keep very detailed files on the vehicle.

Len's has been our family mechanic for over 25 years. They have always provided excellent, fair-priced service. Highly recommend!

To the point, quick turn around, at a fair price. They were willing to discuss issues and demonstrate what went wrong. Had a huge failure in the car and they got it back to running order with in two days.

Len's saved us a bundle. I've been using Len's for years, and over the years they've done quality work on an older model truck I've had. Recently though we had a strange grinding noise emitting from underneath one of our newer cars so I asked the Len's crew to take a look. We would've willingly spent money to have Len's fix the problem, but the Len's team went out of their way to check for active bulletins/recalls covered under warranty discovering that the problem was, in fact, covered by warranty. Rather than do the work and charge us, they immediately called us back and recommended that we call the dealership to get the problem repaired. It's fair to say Len's saved us $100's on this one job. That alone would be enough for us to bring all other car problems to Len's first, but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the friendly and responsive customer service. Trust them with your car, you won't be disappointed!

Had to get my headlight lamp changed. Called up and was asked to just drop in. Left my car there and took an Uber to work. Got notified a few hours later that work was complete and I took an Uber back to the shop. Work was correctly done. I was also reimbursed for the Uber fare to and from work. Overall, great service and very easy to interact with. Definitely my go to choice for automotive help.

Appreciated that my car repair was completed one day after I went in with my problem. Len's fit me into the busy schedule as a courtesy based on my years using Len's to maintain my cars.

This is by far the best auto shop you could hope for. They are honest, professional, and reasonably priced. They answer your questions without making you feel stupid, they make recommendations and then help you prioritize the work so you can stay within your budget, they finish the work on time, they treat you like family - I could go on and on. My family has used Len's since the late 60's and I'm 57 and have used them since I first started driving. The bottom line is that as long as there's a Len's, they will have me as their customer!

Every technician takes the time to get to know you and your vehicle. They are friendly and thorough, but do not push additional services on you. But they will let you know what needs to be done, and leave it to the customer to decide.

Great honest poeple. Nice to take your car in to a place that does not take advantage of you because your a women. If anything needs to be done they let you know if it should be done now or you have the choice to wait.Highly recommend Lens for all your car needs.B

My experiences at Len's Automotive began in the latish '80s and I still call them for help. What would I say about them? From Len--the original owner, to his son Ken--the current owner; ... from Steve--Len's original righthand man and service manager, to Bob--Ken's righthand man and service manager ... and the other service writers over the years, and, well, actually ... decades. All the mechanics, too, we just never saw them. What in the world would I say?They did all the 'normal' work--lube, oil, filter changes; pre-emissions testing work, general tune-ups, etc.Len's always gave my cars a good once over and let me know when something would be needing work and in what sort of time frame. They advised me of pending tire problems, potential brake issues ... whatever, you name it. They always maintained extensive, accurate records that we could all rely on for questions. Len/Ken and their crews were on top of everything.They pre-inspected used vehicles for me, when it was agreeable to the sellers.They never once failed to stand by their work 100% plus and always backed me to the hilt and beyond.On one occasion I was not able to physically retrieve my vehicle and Bob, himself, took my truck to the next shop on its journey.A now, long gone, neighboring automotive body shop, was demanding payment-in-full for some extremely shoddy and completely unacceptable work on my car. Ken actually guided me in exactly what to say to that facility manager and allowed me to use his name; which was what it took, in the end, for that place to zero their balance.One summer in Williams, Arizona I was having a great deal of difficulty trying to get my car off of the lift, in the Texaco station. I had left the car filling with gas and returned to find it had been moved onto the lift(!?!) and "in emergency need of four new tires", according to the manager! He would not lower my car unless I allowed him to replace my tires, which were relatively new!!! Needless to say, I called Len's and let the then service writer (who at one time had worked in a tire factory) speak to that manager. My car was down that lift so fast, they refused payment for the fuel and the manager hid in the bathroom for over 20 minutes--he had seen me coming towards him with my camera. Note: Driving up to this station I was wondering, why?, in the middle-of-nowhere did they have about a dozen rolling tire racks full of still wrapped tires. Live and learn right?I could go on, as nauseum, about everything that Len, his son and employees have done for me.All things considered, probably the most important thing for me has been their absolute honesty. That may sound odd these days, because in general, business practices overall have improved greatly. Thanks, in great part to social media and better communications all around. Back in the '80s it was not necessarily the norm for a woman to be able to take her vehicle to every automotive shop around and be treated as well as I was back then, by Len's Automotive. Len's Automotive has been a leader in the field of customer relations and a real shining star, a beacon light for women everywhere.Thanks, Guys!

Great experience all around! Bryan took down my concerns and emailed me a quote within a couple of hours. My car was done fast and works much better than I thought it would. Heather was great in sitting us home and a young man picked us up and took us to our car. Was very nice experience

We have been using Len's Automotive as our sole auto care provider for over 35 years. It's been our experience that the staff are always professional and kind, and the service top notch. No matter the kind of service we've needed Len's has been able to take care of it. We will continue to use them for our automotive maintenance needs.

I brought my car in for routine service. I also asked them to check the brakes and let me know what else might need attention soon.When they called with the list of services recommended the total was more than I had budgeted for right now. They were great about reviewing all of the services and helping me prioritize what needed to be done sooner and what could wait until later.My car was ready at the time promised. There was someone waiting to help me when I walked in. He went over all of the paperwork with me and explained the services done and the services that we put off. The printed bill was very comprehensive.Pros: Very nice staff, convenient location, competitive pricingCons: Leaves my seat way the heck back, no additional services (washing car, cleaning windows, etc)

Work was done quickly, estimate was accurate, and they always provide friendly, personable customer service. They answered all my questions without making me feel stupid, which I really appreciated. The bottom line is they do good work and make you feel like you're a part of their family. I'm confident and comfortable when I tell my friends that you can trust these guys (and gals) to take good care of you!
