Excellent work done with high integrity. Could have done part of the work and charged us but chose to tell us about a warranty recall that could be used.

I have been a customer of Len's for over 7 years. They were highly recommended, and they have lived up to my expectatuons, and then some. It had always felt uncomfortable to take my car to the garage, as I felt I always had to be watching out for recommendations for costly, unnecessary repairs. Not anymore. Thanks Len's. Fully recommend them.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Len's for seven or more years; six different vehicles, each with its own unique characteristics and issues. I shopped around carefully, interviewing three different shops, before choosing Len's for all of our service work. Some of the repairs to my cars and trucks were significant problems that my prior service provider could not fix; the crew at Len's never failed to resolve my issues. They are great not only because of the quality of the mechanics they hire, but for the way that needed repairs (and future service requirements) are explained carefully and in common terms that everyone can understand. Kyle and the staff at Len's are easy to work with and will have my business for many years to come.

My car has 120,000 miles on it. The dealer suggested a major repair -- or trade it in for a new car. I needed a second opinion. I went to Len's Automotive for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. They diagnosed the real problem, I paid less than $300 and my car is good to go. I am very pleased!

I have used Len's Automotive for quite a few years and been so pleased with the honest service that I had received. I was only disappointed once when dealing with a new Service Representative and considered trying another business. However, Kyle, from Len's, texted me a few times so I decided to return. For my most recent service I dealt with Byran who I immediately felt would again provide the service I most valued and trusted. I was not disappointed. I will certainly try to work through him in the future.

Len's is such a great shop. I am a customer of 40 plus years. They have always taken such exceptional care of my vehicles. Customer service is outstanding along with their work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been taking my vehicles to Len's for several years. They do a thorough job and look beyond whatever you brought it in for to make sure you're going to be safe at the very least. I've never been able to stump them, though I haven't gone in with an intermittent electrical failure which is the worst. They get the work done when they said it would be done. They communicate clearly and thoroughly. Once they've seen your car they keep up with the recommended services as they arise, which makes up for my lackadaisical approach to automobile maintenance. I don't let a year go by without them getting at least a chance to do an oil change because I know they'll look the whole thing over and let me know what's due or what needs attending to.

Coudn't have been any better.Prompt and on time. Did everything they said they would and id it in a very professional manner.I'm a very happy customer.I even cancelled my next service on another car at Bellevue jeep and rescheduled the same service with Len's.

i again used Lens's Automotive to correct some problems on my 2001 T and C Mini Van. As usual they diagnosed the difficulties in short order and were able to complete the repairs by the following day. You won't find a more pleasant and trustworthy auto repair agency anywhere.

I love Len's automotive. Whenever something needs to be done, I know my car will be in good hands and I won't be price gouged. Recently I had an emergency. I had a trip planned with my kids to Leavenworth and just before the window wouldn't come up. They got the part and had it done in a couple hours. They saved the day. We've been going to Len's for close to 20 years now. They have taken good care of all of our cars. I appreciate that they are very good at diagnosing problems and giving us a heads up when they see soon to be needed fixes. But in addition to that, they have also saved us money by turning down an unneeded repair. For example on our last visit we thought new brakes would be necessary, but Len's said "no", your current brakes are fine. They did recommend that we go elsewhere and get new front tires.

I've been a faithful customer of Len's for over 35 years. Because of the excellent service he and his staff provide, I can count on keeping my cars an average of 13 years. Len's is the only business I know of that when I get the bill, I say "Is that all it cost?"

Wow! Scion doesn't sound like a tin can. Overtime, I didn't notice but now I do. Please thank Bryan and my tech RWG for excellent job.Question: Seems to me having both front and back struts done at the same time would be sensible. Agreed?What lead time do you need and how long would I be without car? Please advise, thanks, BJ

As usual, we had a great experience at Len's. The issue we were having with our car was diagnosed and repaired quickly and it now works great. I highly recommend Len's Automotive

Len's did a great job of getting me in for a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle with very short notice. Their inspection was thorough and complete. They found a couple of issues that could be significant problems that I was able address with the seller. Thanks Len's.

Always great. The guys are clear, thorough communicators. They talk with you about your car's issues and what they recommend doing immediately and what you can put off. They're unfailingly friendly, polite and considerate. My car always runs better after a trip to Len's.

Len's as always completed a routine maintenance job on our Subaru promptly and without doing more than was needed. They made us aware of the overall condition of the car and charged a fair price for the work done.
