To the point, quick turn around, at a fair price. They were willing to discuss issues and demonstrate what went wrong. Had a huge failure in the car and they got it back to running order with in two days.

A bit pricey, but worth it. They will usually have your vehicle back the same day and call you if anything is discovered during the work so you can make a decision. They keep very detailed files on the vehicle.

I have been a customer of Len's for more than 30 years for both my automobiles and my motor home. Their work has always been first class and I rely on their expertise in suggesting items that need attention.

Len's has maintained our cars for over 30 years. While I never like to hear that something needs to be repaired, I always trust their judgment and integrity. They work hard to earn your business and stand by their work.

I've use Len's exclusively for maintenance and repairs on both my older Honda and my 22' RV (for over 20 years on the car.) For me, auto repair is about trust because I don't know enough about vehicles to assess what's really needed and what's not.And that's the main thing I like about the people at Len's -- I've always felt that I got honest answers and advice. Even to the point of telling me I didn't need things I was concerned about. They could have made money by "fixing" something that didn't need fixing, but they didn't.They do what they say they'll do and they do it on time. And they do it right. I don't recall ever having to take my vehicles back for a re-do. I give them the highest grade!

Couldn't speak more highly of Lens Auto! Took our car to Lens when it was making a sound and the guys were incredible friendly, professional and helpful. Not only did they get us in right away, they called a rental car for me so I could get to work which gave me a great price! They gave us an estimate upfront and my husband called three other shops to get quotes and Lens was the same or better price estimate! Then when they finished the work our total cost came in less than their estimate, unheard of at auto shops! Additionally - we got a call from them three days after picking up our car to see how it was running AND to let us know to look for a check in the mail because they realized they overcharged us $20 that they shouldn't have, amanzig! Would have been so easy to keep the $20 and we would never know. Honest, trustworthy place!

We've been using Lens Automotive for all our cars for over 18 years. The guys there take great care of us. We've actually gone and told them we need new brakes. They looked at the brakes, called us and told us, nope you're still good. They have saved us money and consistently done great work.

Len's Automotive has been taking care of my various cars for well over 30 years. My dad found them long ago and that's how I started going there...ever since I got my first car. (And yes, my dad still exclusively uses them too). They are definitely trustworthy, and they've earned that trust. They don't recommend fixing stuff that doesn't need to be fixed. They're the good guys among car repair shops.Cars are not cheap to own, but every time I've gone there for a fix, their prices have been reasonable...and they always fix it right the first time. Scheduling is easy and they are very courteous. I always recommend Len's to everyone I know needing car repairs, because I know they will be treated right.

Great experience every time. Len's has been serving my vehicle for 11 years - when I purchased it. Customer service is an absolute; the employees answer the phone, are pleasant individuals, and they listen carefully to my requests. Usually just oil/ filter changes though when a dash light illuminates, I am on-the-phone with Len's! Of course, with this older vehicle, issues arrive and Len's is the place for me to go to have mechanic work done. The price is right, also. Noteworthy - the Ladies restroom is clean! June

Len's always does such a great job of caring for my family's vehicles - I trust them completely. Hadn’t realized just how bad the clutch was getting on my 1994 Ranger, compared to now - it's almost like new! I am a long-time customer of Len’s and really appreciate you guys always being there. I have been taking my cars to Len's for many, many years now and have been extremely satisfied with the service and work done. I drive my vehicles to at least 15 years and Len's keeps them in top condition. I trust them on their recommendations and although they aren't cheap, keeping cars as long as I do, this pays off in the long run.

I've been with Len's for many years and they have always been a standout in my experience with other repair shops. Since I'm 74 and have moved around a lot, I have a lot of bad experiences or mediocre ones to compare with Len's. They are absolutely the best!

I had two warning lights for which Len's did repair work. They took great care, apparently, to avoid stripping the threads of a couple of sensors, saving me $800 for a new manifold that would have been required.When I picked up the vehicle, the VSC warning light reillumnated very soon. Kyle reset this condition, but it recurred almost immediately. I made an appointment to have the condition examined first thing the next morning, and when it was fixed after about 20 mins., Bryan told me that some memory had to be reset. This was the only disappointing thing about this whole situation: I felt that this problem should have been detected by the technician before I got the vehicle. This cost me little, nothing for the second visit, but it was an inconvenience I shouldn't have had to experience.

It saddens me to write a negative review for Lens Automotive. All my previous yelp reviews and positive as I feel a good job needs to be recognized. In this case, I was taken advantage of and in hoping it doesn't happen to anyone else. Last week my car was overheating and in a pinch I dropped my car off at the shop. It came highly recommended by my dad who has had his cars services there as well. (I should have stuck with my regular service shop The Price Brothers Garage in totem lake) After a look they came to the conclusion that it was my Radiator and hose among a few other things. They serviced the car and when they told me the price I was shocked but figured I trusted them and said ok. I felt uneasy about the amount all weekend and decided to call around to two other places To get a second opinion on the price. The two other shops would have charged me almost HALF of what this place charged me. When I looked at my receipt they charged me for things I didn't even authorize. $50 for a headlight change?! I had a headlight in my trunk that I purchased for $12 on my own that my husband was going to install for me- I just haven't had a chance yet. Bottom line is they took advantage of me. I gave them 1 stars because they do know what they're doing but have no morals or ethics. Maybe it's easy for them to do in Bellevue. Go here if you want to be ripped off. I won't be back and I will make sure my friends and family avoid this place in the future.

I was treated with the utmost respect. The process and service was explained clearly and thoroughly. What I liked most is that they don't charge for a bundled service like other places do regardless of whether you needed all of the services. They only charged me for what I needed. I would highly recommend Lens!

I just had two of my cars repaired/serviced. As always, outstanding service. Albert and Kyle are great to work with, and they resolved a minor warranty issue very quickly. I recommend Len's to mt family and friends. Carl

They carefully discussed what was wrong with my van after running serious diagnostic tests, gave me an estimate of what it would cost to repair it, and asked permission to proceed. Very professional. Final bill was $10 less than their estimate. I've used them for years; they are rock solid.

Once again Len's Automotive has provided us with top notch service. While returning from a trip to southeast Oregon our 2001 GMC pickup quit while northbound on I-5 near Toledo. The vehicle was towed to Len's. They diagnosed a failed fuel pump and replaced it meeting the estimate they'd provided, including an oil change that we added.We've been using Len's Automotive as our auto care provider for over 35 years and have always been very happy with the service they've delivered. There MIGHT be cheaper places to go; but, none are more dependable and reliable.

I recently purchased a heavily modified 10yr old off-road jeep. I was told it was in good shape by the used car dealer, but you know how that goes. After reading every review of every qualified mechanic in the area, I settled on Len's. After a quick round of e-mails, I had a quote and an appointment. Their service writer was most excellent to work with, the shuttle driver seemed to enjoy navigating rush hour traffic through school zones (even with my bad directions) and their excellent work on my rock hopper came in under the quoted cost and provided me a great starting map to my crazily customized vehicle that left me more than satisfied.Thanks to Len's, I had the confidence to take her off-roading in Walker Valley with no fear, other than the obvious stuff ;)I've mapped out the next year or two of work I want done, and it will all be done by Len's. See y'all soon.
