This was another excellent experience with Len's. I really like the shuttle service, so helpful to someone living alone and without transportation. I had personal interactions with Kyle, Brian and Sean and all were very friendly and helpful. And of course my vehicle was well cared for as always. If I could give this a 10-star rating I would. ~ Chuck

Always courteous and great to deal with. They give you options and tell you of recommended work on your vehicle in the future. They have priortized repairs for us, both our vehicles were pretty old at the time. We love Len's.

Len's employees are always friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival they took my car right in to the shop. They accommodated my request to wait for the oil change. The oil change and wiper replacement was completed in an hour. I very much appreciated the quick service. They always do an excellent job at explaining the service that was completed and any service that might need to be done in the future. I would totally recommend Len's Automotive to any of my friends.

I just received excellent service from Len's Auto. My brakes needed replacing and my tie-rods were shot. The work was done in a timely manner and under the estimate given. All staff including shuttle driver were very courteous. Informed consent happened throughout the process. I really felt my car was in good hands. Definitely going back when service needed again.

We have used Len's to service our cars for many years. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They do what is necessary and are very good in suggesting options the timing and nature of repairs to control costs. Their staff establish personal rapport with their customers and avoid the bureaucracy that one sees at dealer repair shops.

Great communication while my car was being worked on. Brian let me know what needed to be done, and was able to determine the high priority/safety items that needed to be done now, and what could wait a bit, since it's an older car and I'm on a tight budget. Great quality work, we were kept informed about when it would be done, and it was done when they said it would be.

The young man that helped me was personable and helpfulIn explaining what they were going to do, possible issues down the road, and then when I picked up my car he explained what they had done.I was very satisfied.

The people at Len's did an excellent job of discovering the problem and fixing it quickly. Their customer service was excellent, as usual. We have been going to Len's for over 20 years and always appreciated their integrity.

i took my car in for ''routine" service. Actually I had ignored routine service for a long time. I was prepared for a grab my ankles moment when the shop called and rattled off a punch list of things to be done, to my great surprise the total was less than $500.004h+

The folks here continue to do a very good job, with my recent maintenance on my small RV being no exception. Kyle went the extra mile to find someone to make some replacement parts that aren't available for my older model, and for that I thank him especially. Good work. Highly recommended.

I really like Len's Automotive, I was going to the Chevy Dealership but they are farther away, they seem more expensive and for example I would have an oil change go home a find an oil leak. Len's Automotive I have great service, courteous people and to service done right the first time. I highly recommend them to my family, friends and client's who live on the eastside of Bellevue.

My car broke down yesterday on the freeway. After calling several local shops none of which were able to look at my car for several days, the tow truck operator told me about Lens Automotive. I gave them a call and was told to bring it in and we will be able to look at it by afternoon. They were able to have my car repaired and back on the road by 4:30 PM same day. It completly made my day. There shop was clean and people very helpful. Will definatley use Lens Automotive again!!

Having car repairs done can be a stressful event - worrying about whether or not the repairs really need to be done - and are they going to do a good job? Are they going to gouge me on the cost? Because I have such faith in the work you do at Len's, the experience is always surprisingly pleasant. No worries about being cheated and always treated with respect and courtesy. I particularly appreciate the way the work is explained so fully and in a way even I can understand, Len's rocks!

Len's is an auto repair company you can trust, which in my book is the most important quality of any business. Over the years I've taken different cars there for various repairs and servicing. Every time I was satisfied with the quality of work performed and the cost. They have very friendly and knowledgeable personnel and they care about their customers. You won't be disappointed.

I have been bringing my car to Len's for many years and have always had excellent service. I can always count on them to be honest, extremely helpful and courteous. I appreciate the updates on my car as they are working on it and they always get the work done on time. Most importantly, they know what they are doing and they are the best!

Most professional and technically competent auto repair facility on the Eastside. Been with them for many years and have not had any problems with their work.
