What Fantastic Find in a convoluted auto repair industry!-Shop is clean, organized, well managed.-Service was impeccable. Provides shuttle service within reasonable radius and beyond which helped this one-car family!-The turnaround time was quicker than any other I've experienced.-Friendly, courteous & succinct front desk. The entire staff from owner to driver was knowledgeable and kind.We will be a loyal customer!

Drastically lower your prices. Stop nickel and diming.
I'm a returning customer for my 2015 Ford Explorer, and their services are beyond helpful. I may come back next time for my oil change or maintenance.

They are scammers, do not trust these mechanics.they let me down.Pay 465.24 for nothing. They say they have been around for 55 years but have no new car experience. I brought you a 2016 Chevy Malibu ECO because the car was losing power from one moment to the next and they checked it and had it for several days and they did not find the problem. I showed them that this car has 2 batteries and they told me that they had never seen this type of car before. I also took him to repair the air conditioning and they couldn't because they needed a special tool that they didn't have and they wanted to charge me 2000 dollars and in 1 day I found what the problem was and repaired it, it was only changing the doors of the fans and I only had to remove the glove box on the passenger side and some moldings and that's it. The power loss, I also repaired it, what I needed was to change the secondary battery that is in the trunk and clean a connection that is under the battery. They sent me a message telling me that if I had a problem they would help me, I told them that the car lost power again and they never answered my messages agesain.They are scammers, do not trust these mechanics.

I have used this shop for all repairs on a 2002 VW Jetta TDI since the Wagon Shop went out of business a few years ago. I highly recommend them.
I've been taking my work van to Len's for close to 20 years. Through a new fuel pump, new front end bushings, new engine manifold and a recent service on the fuel system, Len's has kept my money maker on the road and ready for service. Thanks Len's!

I am the new owner of a used 1992 pickup, but the previous 2 owners had taken it to Len’s for the past 13 years, so thought that was good endorsement in itself and now I also back that recommendation. Their staff were prompt and friendly and service was fairly priced. I even had to drop it off early and they happened to be there early so they had me come in and discussed the work to be done and being an older truck helped me decide what needed to be done and what could wait. No pressure and listened to my description of the issues and gave good options. Turn around time was also honest and clear upfront and they met that timeline with time to spare. Highly satisfied, I have to travel a bit to get there, but it is well worth it.
Very customer friendly. I lost my wallet a few days before my scheduled appointment and have to cancel all my credit and debit cards. I explained the situation and they allow me to write a personal check instead of rescheduling my appointment. I really appreciate that.I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle to and from home. The service turned out much quicker than expected, but it is nice to know you have the option to leave if the service takes a long time.They gave me a list of suggested maintenance procedures and prices along with my bill, so I can schedule and budget ahead for the future.

I went in for an inspection. The technician is very thorough and my contact Jessica really put my needs at the top priority. Giving me all the options and information to make a decision. My daughters 2003 Bug had what in most cases would have been catastrophic engine failure, but the amazing gurus at Len’s saved it!!Leo kept me informed and up to date as they went along, asking me every step of the way if I wanted to continue. Doesn't take 10 grand to fix head gaskets.
I've never been treated so nicely at an auto shop before! My first time needing a mechanic since moving to Bellevue, and they took care of my needs! I will definitely be using them again simply because of their customer service, knowledge, and willingness to care about my situation in a time of need.
