Len's Automotive always offers friendly, informed service. If there are questions, time is taken to help the client understand and clarify as needed. They treat you with professionalism as well as helping you feel like a cared for friend. Thanks Len's!

I brought my car in for routine service. I also asked them to check the brakes and let me know what else might need attention soon.When they called with the list of services recommended the total was more than I had budgeted for right now. They were great about reviewing all of the services and helping me prioritize what needed to be done sooner and what could wait until later.My car was ready at the time promised. There was someone waiting to help me when I walked in. He went over all of the paperwork with me and explained the services done and the services that we put off. The printed bill was very comprehensive.Pros: Very nice staff, convenient location, competitive pricingCons: Leaves my seat way the heck back, no additional services (washing car, cleaning windows, etc)

Work was done quickly, estimate was accurate, and they always provide friendly, personable customer service. They answered all my questions without making me feel stupid, which I really appreciated. The bottom line is they do good work and make you feel like you're a part of their family. I'm confident and comfortable when I tell my friends that you can trust these guys (and gals) to take good care of you!

Hassle free scheduling with one call. Quick, efficient and honest. Had shuttle service to and from my workplace. Competitive prices. Excellent service and I will definitely come back.

I dropped off my company car after hours, received a call early the next day. They gave me a very reasonable cost quote and as if by magic the car was ready for pick up by early afternoon that same day. The shuttle service Len's provides is very handy.

It is nice to deal with honest people at Len's. Our friends recommended we visit Len's, and we will recommend other friends do the same. If you are looking for a trustworthy, timely and practical auto service center, go to Len's!

Cons: - They "tricked" me into getting an expensive timing belt replacement when it wasn't actually needed. They or I (if I'd known better at the time) could have known beforehand by taking off just the upper timing belt cover, but that didn't happen. I do wish that they would have checked the belt before proceeding with the repair. I would have been impressed if they had stopped the work once the belt was visible to tell me it was still in good condition and asked if I really wanted to proceed. But that didn't happen either. - The cost of parts they quote is 50%, 100%, or even more expensive than what I find for replacement parts. Maybe some day I'll ask them if I can just source my own parts and just have them do the labor part. - They did 2 ultimately unsuccessful repairs for my engine misfire problem before discovering it has a head gasket problem via a coolant block test. Not sure I can really blame them for it, but that is discouraging. Pros: - Very courteous and friendly. - The work they do is professionally done. - Even when I asked for my car back without having them repair it, they kindly explained how to monitor the head gasket problem (what to look for in the coolant and oil), warned me about using stop-leak additives, and explained how the coolant block test showed that there was a problem.

As always, we were treated with respect and professionalism. Brian was super "on top" of things. He called us, laid out the options in a super-clear way. We decided to NOT sell the car with only 100K miles on a Chevy. Car works very well. Advice to fix struts, breaks and steering was superb.Feels like a new car.Price came in slightly less than estimated. As usual, we NEVER feel overcharged for the service we get at Lens. Ken, his family and all the employees run a GREAT shop that treats every customer well. I, who knows so little about the mechanics of the cars, never has to worry about whether or not someone there is taking advantage of me. Len's is one of the really honest businesses around. My husband and I have done business there for more than 25 years and recommend it to all my friends. If you want the cheapest fix, go ahead and shop around. If you want great work with absolute honesty, at a fair price, go to Lens and save yourself the hassle.Thanks.David Serkin-Poole

Start to finish I was taken care of in a friendly manor. I had no idea how to explain what was going on with my car but Bryan took the time and listened.he didn't interrupt me finishing my thought with his words. Heather took us homeand another young msn brought us back to our car. Both were very pleasant. No awkward silence. Both were safe driving too. My car works great. From my first call to this email, everything was smooth, friendly, and swift.

Excellent service. I really appreciate that they highlight future repair needs, give me a time frame when to consider having them done. there is no pressure to do everything at once unless it is critical to safety. And they let me know if there are items I can do myself.
