I have gone to Len's for my car repairs since I moved to Bellevue in 1990. My parents had recommended Len's after many years of good results. The repairs are timely and well done. I sense that everything done has been necessary, and has been explained to my satisfaction.Jay Marsh

Wow! Scion doesn't sound like a tin can. Overtime, I didn't notice but now I do. Please thank Bryan and my tech RWG for excellent job.Question: Seems to me having both front and back struts done at the same time would be sensible. Agreed?What lead time do you need and how long would I be without car? Please advise, thanks, BJ

As usual, we had a great experience at Len's. The issue we were having with our car was diagnosed and repaired quickly and it now works great. I highly recommend Len's Automotive

Len's is a great place to have work done. Everyone is really nice and welcoming. The technicians are very competent. We have done business with Len's for a long time.

i give Len's Automotive a 5 star rating primarily because I trust them in all respects. They are honest, knowledgable and caring. They are quality people who do quality work for a competitive price. You won't be disappointed.

I have used this shop for all repairs on a 2002 VW Jetta TDI since the Wagon Shop went out of business a few years ago. I highly recommend them.

Started using Len's when my F-150 blew a transmission in 2013. Always pleased with the service, but more so the advice about repair alternatives, pros and cons, and reality checks about value. Highly recommend this shop!

Always great. The guys are clear, thorough communicators. They talk with you about your car's issues and what they recommend doing immediately and what you can put off. They're unfailingly friendly, polite and considerate. My car always runs better after a trip to Len's.

I have been going to Len's for 25 years. They always do a good job, and are always reasonable in price. I recommend them and have recommended them to all of my friends needing car repair.

Len's did a great job of getting me in for a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle with very short notice. Their inspection was thorough and complete. They found a couple of issues that could be significant problems that I was able address with the seller. Thanks Len's.

Len's as always completed a routine maintenance job on our Subaru promptly and without doing more than was needed. They made us aware of the overall condition of the car and charged a fair price for the work done.

Everyone at Len's is always so helpful and will help you decide what work is necessary immediately, and what work can but put off to a later date, which I appreciate.

I have been a customer for 18 years and even though we moved from the east side to Seattle 10 years ago I still take my car to Len's. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.
