On Time, reasonable cost, special consideration for customers to make schedules meet. super long-time staff, highest reputation among collision repair and body shops in Bellevue. We are 20 year customers for both of our cars.

First, I have been very happy with Len's service in the past, but on my recent experience (clutch, 1991 Chevy S-10) I have a comment: The overall bill was significantly more than I understood it to be. Albert provided me the information, and I'm sure he didn't intend to mislead me. In the beginning the estimate to replace the clutch was about $1005 including tax, but as the work progressed, it was necessary to replace the release fork ($105), the flywheel ($117) and the output shaft seal ($11) which comes to an additional $233, or with tax about $255, which would have increased the total to $1260. (My understanding was that these were extra parts costs, and labor did NOT increase, which it did, of course). My final bill with tax was $1507. Another item which I apparently misunderstood was that I could take my truck to Danfast, and (I thought) with some arrangement with Len's, would weld my tailpipe for free (it was loose and rattling). But I found later that it would be at my expense. Anyway, since I have not had such misunderstandings with Len's in the past, I know you have a great reputation, and I have recommended many of my friends and relatives to you over the years, my I suggest that when giving estimates, MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS WHAT THE TOTAL COST IS. Started using Len's when my F-150 blew a transmission in 2013. Always pleased with the service, but more so the advice about repair alternatives, pros and cons, and reality checks about value. Highly recommend this shop!

I bring my car here for everything. I used to take my car to a dealership for service and I never really knew what I paid for, aside from an oil change or transmission flush, but I paid a lot. At Len's, they will talk to me about what's going on with the car and get confirmation from me before they start any work. It's nice to work with an honest business!

Recently, a very serious situation came up at Len's regarding service on my vehicle. It was one of those moments where you say - uh oh, there NO WAY this is going to end well. I am very pleased to announce that due to the character and quality of everyone I worked with at Len's, the situation turned out GREAT! This was a major service event that wound up involving the replacement of an engine. Len's Automotive came through with flying colors, as usual. These guys will treat you right and make it look easy when sometimes, it is not easy at all!
