The guys at Len's Automotive do excellent work for a reasonable price, they're great communicators when it comes to my car's immediate and longer-term issues and they are unfailingly friendly, courteous and considerate. I wouldn't take my car to anyone else.

Len's always does a very good job although this time around, I felt they did not do as well as in the past. The idle on the vehicle seems very low and I will have to take the vehicle back to have them adjust it. All other repairs seem to have the vehicle running well, but the bill was a bit higher than i expected, but reasonable for the replacement parts and labor that they performed. Vehicle was ready earlier than I had expected and they always kept me informed as to what was going on.

This is my first time using Len's, my car was at their shop for one day, everyone there were very friendly. Kyle has given me estimates on many items for service and I will be reviewing them for future service consideration.

I have recommended Len's over the two decades I have been taking my cars there and have made countless referrals to friends and family. I recently had two vehicles serviced by Len's over a span of two weeks at the end of December/early January. One needed costly repairs and maintenance while the other needed significant maintenance. Kyle did a terrific job in communicating findings, answering questions, and making recommendations for the work to be performed, all while keeping me posted of progress on each vehicle The repair team did a great job in diagnosing issues and performing the work needed. Thank you Len's for the great service! My only feedback for improvement -- which I shared with Kyle when picking up the second vehicle -- is to consider washing vehicles they service that go over a certain threshold in cost. Or at least vacuum them out. Jiffy Lube vacuums vehicle interiors and cleans windshields as a standard part of servicing any cars, even if its simply for an oil change.

You folks always take great care of me and my vehicles. It's gotten harder for me to do my own service, mostly because of the increasing complexity of cars, but also because I'm less able than I used to be. I appreciate your high quality service and reasonable prices.

Len's Automotive is terrific. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Highly, highly recommend them. We were going to a dealer and after several very unpleasant customer service experiences, turned to Len's Automotive and were extremely pleased. They are even more knowledgeable than the dealer! Very friendly and professional. I love my new brakes and all the squeaks, creaking, and rattles are gone. The pick up and drop off service is a great help. I have passed your calendar on the two other people that are looking for an auto repair shop. Thank you.

I had previously had a full inspection done on my 2009 Mini Cooper. I was coming in to take care of some deferred maintenance issues. One item came $100 more than originally quoted 2 months earlier, but besides that everything was great. The team took care to answer all my questions. We will be back

I've been a very satisfied customer of Lens for about 12 years. I keep on coming back because of employees like Bob. He's a good, knowledgeable, honest man and I think he represents what a good, honest business is supposed to be. They're hard to find these days! Thank you Lens -- and especially, thank you Bob, for continuing to provide the kind of service that has integrity and good, old fashioned values (like honesty and a true focus on the customer's needs!!). The only reason I did not score this review at 5-stars is that Lens has become a bit more costly than it used to be. They are making changes and I think that the customer is possibly having to pick up some of the excess. Rita Reed

I always wish that Len's would provide a short term loaner car to avoid car rentals
