We have been going to Len's for well over 30 years. We would not take our vehicles anywhere else for service or repair. W have found everyone there to be nothing but professional and courteous. We have no idea what the few reviews that indicate they were "lied to" or somehow deceived by Len's employees are talking about and we've had them help us with some complicated issues. Our experience has been exactly the opposite, honest and helpful feedback and advice. We will continue to take our cars to Len's, without question.

Have been taking our family vehicles to Len's for at least 25 years. I have moved away from Bellevue now, but I still go back there for automobile issues.

To be clear, I am reviewing only my last visit as my general feelings about Len's overall have been historically positive, thus the overall above average rating. While I have always felt Len's has done good work and treat their customers well on a personal level, I have noticed over the past couple years that there is an increase in extra and unreasonable charges for various things and it is to the point where I feel like I am being gouged. For this past visit, $17 per nut? $16 for a gasket? $24 for a seal ring? $37 for "misc. shop supplies" (which last time I checked were called "costs of doing business"), $6 for a slight top-off of windshield washer fluid that costs like $2 per gallon at any corner store. These are outrageous markups. I wish I had read my receipt closer before I left this past time. If this continues I may consider taking my business elsewhere. I have been a long time Len's customer, but there are other garages closer to where I live I could be patronizing instead.

Work was done promptly and finished when promised. Everyone was friendly. My only complaint is that when I delivered the car the radio was turned off on purpose. When I received the car, not only was the radio on but the station had been changed. The work being performed was new front and rear brakes - nothing to do with my radio.

These guys are good. Until recently, I had an older F-150 which was sort of plagued with problems. Aside from just completing repairs, they provided options along with pros/cons input. Will definitely continue to use Len's. Be warned, they get a little busy - that's a good thing!

Having car repairs and routine service is never "fun", but Lens automotive makes it as painless as possible from the moment you bring your car in, to being prompt, communicative about the work that needs to be done, and though making pick up convenient. I will ALWAYS use Lens as I trust them like family to take care of my automotive needs!

Thirty-four years of satisfaction with Len's. They have uniformly top-notch mechanics, and their customer relations staff are always courteous and helpful. Best of all, they do what needs to be done and only what needs to be done, always taking care to explain options to the customer.

Excellent service on 2 cars and others in the past for over 25 years. Your work is as usual the best correct on my cars troubles and I appreciate your help. Always the best prices for superior service. Very courteous and getting me back quickly to make an appointment. I am always safe with my 10 to 15 year old cars. Jim Barlup

I recommend them often. I won't take my vehicles anhywhere else. My extended family has nearly 50 years of patronage with Len's. I trust them implicitly.

Every time I bring my car into Len's I always leave completely satisfied. I needed to have my headlights replaced quickly - they got me in the next morning. They fixed the problem and also alerted me to additional "red flags" that they recommended be fixed. They informed me, and got my permission before doing any additional work - which they've done in the past. They also have a professional, kind and caring staff to boot!

This is my kind of business. The shop is functional, not fancy or slick. I think Len's earns all of those AAA excellence and Angie's List awards not just because they are honest, though that's obviously super-important. They also take the trouble to be pleasant to customers. Not over-solicitous, just very pleasant. I hadn't been in for a while, and loved the new (to me) service of a (local) ride to work!

I just had a lot of work done on my car. It was done very quickly, and despite having another issue pop up while they were working on my car, they were still able to get it completed within two days. I really like that everyone at the shop is friendly and welcoming. They are happy to go into detail with any car related question you might have.

- My wife and I recently decided to have both of our cars serviced by Len's Automotive. Angie's List helped us make the decision. Both cars were serviced in January and our expectations were met 100% by not only the CSR's up front but also by the mechanic who repaired my wife's car. Good solid work ethics combined with good communications from all involved.

Len's has worked on several of my cars over the last 12+ years.  I became aware of them from the Cartalk web site.  With my Ford, they did a major service for less than half of what Kirkland Ford quoted for the same thing.  When the third brakelight assembly needed replacing, they actually got and installed the part, which is only available from Ford, for less than Kirkland Ford quoted for just the part.  I recently stopped by without an appointment because one of my turn signal bulbs burnt out, and they replaced it for free.  These guys are competent, honest, and reasonably priced.  They will tell you if something you think needs doing, in my case a transmission flush and fill, doesn't need doing.  On that topic, I went in thinking I needed this service at 30k miles, and they looked it up and told me it wouldn't be necessary until 60k.
