Very customer friendly. I lost my wallet a few days before my scheduled appointment and have to cancel all my credit and debit cards. I explained the situation and they allow me to write a personal check instead of rescheduling my appointment. I really appreciate that.I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle to and from home. The service turned out much quicker than expected, but it is nice to know you have the option to leave if the service takes a long time.They gave me a list of suggested maintenance procedures and prices along with my bill, so I can schedule and budget ahead for the future.
Len's automotive is a wonderful local family owned business that is in business for a very long time. They are very thorough and competent. I would highly recommend them

Len's has long been a trusted shop for our family and friends, and that trust has never wavered. They have done a superb job keeping our older SUV well maintained and running like a champ. Len’s recently helped us with a troublesome part that was failing and they went above and beyond to track down a quality replacement. We always travel with greater confidence on a road trip vacation when the team at Len's has serviced our truck.

Very good experience getting 60k service done. After inspection, they went over all the things which should be done urgently vs can be deferred. Competitive & accurate upfront pricing. Will be back for future repair & service needs.

I went in for an inspection. The technician is very thorough and my contact Jessica really put my needs at the top priority. Giving me all the options and information to make a decision. You can feel that everyone there takes pride in their work and doing the best to make their customer happy. Great business! Please go check them out if you are local. Everyone is very nice and helpful, the water leak guy is awesome and found the leak quickly.

My daughters 2003 Bug had what in most cases would have been catastrophic engine failure, but the amazing gurus at Len’s saved it!!Leo kept me informed and up to date as they went along, asking me every step of the way if I wanted to continue. He was honest at all times and extremely kind and empathetic to the situation.Spencer and Leo saved the bug from the junk yard, saved my sanity and made my daughter so happy and thankful that she insisted on bringing them cookies.Len’s is our family “car doctor,” and like Jack Bauer from 24, I know that when I need car repair, all I have to do is call Len’s and say, “Leo.. you’re the only one I can trust.”Really.. Great experience! Had a decent oil leak in my Honda. These guys took great care and it was a reasonable price.
Great service & super awesome people working there. They went the extra mile to help me with my Honda which I thought was totaled but they worked with me to get it done. I’d highly recommend this shop if you ever need a serious repair. They’ll get it done right the first time without a doubt.

Len’s did an amazing job diagnosing the issue with our Equinox! They even consulted with someone at Chevy to confirm the diagnosis. They also now provide a shuttle service within 5 miles which made it so convenient for me! Highly recommend! Len's did a great job. Spent abut $2'200 on check engine, vanos components, engine flush, BMWs can be costly to repair. Dealer charges $200/hr. As always, I had an excellent experience at Len's. Even though we moved to Seattle from the East side 17 years ago I still take my car there for servicing. They're the best!

They were really busy but fit me in over the course of few days. Kept me updated with cost and completion estimate as the extent of the necessary repair was revealed.
