Dropped off my Jeep Wrangler for oil change and 100K inspection in the morning.Picked it up at the end of the day.They did the oil change and a provided a full inspection report. Ball is in my court now.If you are looking for professional, honest and quality work, recommended Lens Automotive.In this time of fast service, instant gratification is great to see a company focused on quality, and service. Were able to diagnose the sources of multiple sounds in my front suspension quickly. Super helpful techs who were happy to answer all my questions. I usually work on my car myself, so I was initially hesitant about bringing my car to a shop but Len's automotive proved to be honest and trustworthy, so will be using them again in the future!
My first time in this shop. It was amazingly good! I have been ignorant about autos yet they were very honest about the issues about my car, and was not at all trying to make my pay more than what I should. They did recommend me a few things that I should notice and take action, but they let me go with the necessary part to fix the car only.My car was making metal scraping noise when braking, and I have expected it to be something serious. I made a call today, ask for urgent help, and they allow me to schedule right today and no wait after I showed up. And they were honest that there was a missing bolt in the brake caliber and they fixed it fast! The price was much lower than what I have expected to fix this issue and I am so grateful!!!
I've never been treated so nicely at an auto shop before! My first time needing a mechanic since moving to Bellevue, and they took care of my needs! I will definitely be using them again simply because of their customer service, knowledge, and willingness to care about my situation in a time of need.
I was in for oil change and power steering fluid flush. It was noted that my front brakes needed to be replaced first and foremost. Leo was great and discussed costs with me. This is a safety issue for my beloved old Honda Civic. I will schedule soon. Bravo!
This shop did excellent suspension work on my 2006 Honda accord. Car drives straight as an arrow and feels planted in the corners. They also were able to catch a small oil leak I could not find myself, and fixed my AC without even needing to recharge it.The prices here are a bit higher than your average shop, but for good reason, their work is top notch. I’m more than happy to pay a little extra for the piece of mind. They got it right the first time and have earned a life long customer. I hope my car is issue free for the next while, but even if something happens, I trust Len’s with whatever they think she needs.Had excellent interactions with all of the staff. Leo and Jess are really running a great shop here. If you really care about your vehicle, take it here. You will not be disappointed.

Got a recommendation to bring my 2014 VW Touareg TDI from ISHII Motors and am very happy with the results. Len’s is excellent. No mechanic has ever shown so much dedication to fixing my car. Len’s is clean, super well-organized, excellent customer service, and great mechanics. I am a second generation customer of Lens. They have always provided us with excellent car care and communication.
This place will rip you off! I went in for 3 inspections a few months ago to get my non profit's car checked for a very slow leak and to get it prepared for the summer. They called me and said the head was likely cracked and a verbal estimated of $7-9k was given. I picked it up and was given a $300 estimate for new wipers and a front light being out. My wipers were BRAND NEW RainX wipers and I don't have any lights out not have they gone out since being in the shop for the past few months. I also got home to find NO liquid in my radiator and the res tank to be where it was listed on the sheet PRIOR to them allegedly filling fluids. I cashed and asked if this was actually my paperwork, they confirmed it was, I also asked about the lack of fluids and they tried to claim they must have leaked on my way home (3 blocks) or it was in the head. I've had no leaks since... I am 99% sure my car was never looked at and I spent $400+ out of our NON PROFIT budget for them to pretend to look at our car. I'm not sure if they're bigoted and didn't like the stickers and plate holder or what's going on, but we're considering recouping our money since the website clearly states they will fix things if customers are unhappy yet they ignored me when I said something. This is disgusting behavior. The car is completely fine, no issues, they lied about EVERYTHING.Service: Auto maintenance

Always a good experience.
My car died on 405 on my way home from work. I don't live in Bellevue so had no clue where to take my car. I found Len's and decided it looked good (the reviews were great). Had my car towed there at 7:30pm. They called me the next morning, first thing, to chat about what happened. They called back a few hours later with a diagnosis. They called back less than 24 hours later with it fixed. I cannot be happier with my experience. Chris was wonderful. Very friendly and explained things to me so I (a non-car person) could understand. The repairs were very fairly priced, and my car runs like a dream again! Lens has great prices, friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE staff, and are always able to get me in quickly. They finish the job in a timely manner and always tell me what they did and explain in easily. HIGHLY recommend them!!!
I would not take my little car to any other shop for service. Had a full and fair quote before any work was done and it was completed ahead of schedule.Auto repair is never inexpensive but I feel Len's is fair and honest and my 22 year old car is still cruising around, thanks to them!
