They were really busy but fit me in over the course of few days. Kept me updated with cost and completion estimate as the extent of the necessary repair was revealed.

Very professional from the time i dropped off my car to the time I picked it up, They did maintenance to my engine and truth be told now my car runs like they put a whole new engine in it.
I couldn’t be happier with their customer service, plus the quality and timeliness of the repairs to my car! I am a second generation customer of Lens. They have always provided us with excellent car care and communication.
This place will rip you off! I went in for 3 inspections a few months ago to get my non profit's car checked for a very slow leak and to get it prepared for the summer. They called me and said the head was likely cracked and a verbal estimated of $7-9k was given. I picked it up and was given a $300 estimate for new wipers and a front light being out. My wipers were BRAND NEW RainX wipers and I don't have any lights out not have they gone out since being in the shop for the past few months. I also got home to find NO liquid in my radiator and the res tank to be where it was listed on the sheet PRIOR to them allegedly filling fluids. I cashed and asked if this was actually my paperwork, they confirmed it was, I also asked about the lack of fluids and they tried to claim they must have leaked on my way home (3 blocks) or it was in the head. I've had no leaks since... I am 99% sure my car was never looked at and I spent $400+ out of our NON PROFIT budget for them to pretend to look at our car. I'm not sure if they're bigoted and didn't like the stickers and plate holder or what's going on, but we're considering recouping our money since the website clearly states they will fix things if customers are unhappy yet they ignored me when I said something. This is disgusting behavior. The car is completely fine, no issues, they lied about EVERYTHING.Service: Auto maintenance

My car died on 405 on my way home from work. I don't live in Bellevue so had no clue where to take my car. I found Len's and decided it looked good (the reviews were great). Had my car towed there at 7:30pm. They called me the next morning, first thing, to chat about what happened. They called back a few hours later with a diagnosis. They called back less than 24 hours later with it fixed. I cannot be happier with my experience. Chris was wonderful. Very friendly and explained things to me so I (a non-car person) could understand. The repairs were very fairly priced, and my car runs like a dream again! I used this business twice. First time 2 years ago when y car was completely broke and I towed my car to them. I had relied on google reviews... I ended up with a fat bill but I had no other options.... couldnt even drive my car to another shop. The second time I took it for a pre-trip service and after charging me for $175, they gave me a long list of things that needed to change. I took the car to other auto shops and got second opinion because the “must do” list would cost me half of the value of my car. Other auto shops gave me way lower estimates and didn’t think a lot of those other necessary items are necessary. I called 3 dealerships to check the price of parts they suggested to replace... the cost difference we’re astronomical... for example $17 for a $2 part. I ended up ordering the parts myself and got them replaced for exactly half of the cost estimate Auto Lense gave me. I don’t think I’d ever use them again.

I am a longtime customer at Len’s Automotive and feel more than comfortable having them handle my older car’s repairs. The staff is personable and professional, and I feel that I always receive a fair deal. The great staff also goes above and beyond for their customers, which is noted and appreciated. Bravo!

By far a superior shop and the service and people are awesome ... over the year I have been to a few different ones but Lens is for me the best and most recently once again they have proven to be too notch in customer service without fail... and the work and willingness to work within a budget is just awesome and appreciated especially in these tough times
