Len's has long been a trusted shop for our family and friends, and that trust has never wavered. They have done a superb job keeping our older SUV well maintained and running like a champ. Len’s recently helped us with a troublesome part that was failing and they went above and beyond to track down a quality replacement. We always travel with greater confidence on a road trip vacation when the team at Len's has serviced our truck.
Got my brakes serviced and my truck drives great now. Service was quick and was updated throughout. Very happy and thank you!

My daughters 2003 Bug had what in most cases would have been catastrophic engine failure, but the amazing gurus at Len’s saved it!!Leo kept me informed and up to date as they went along, asking me every step of the way if I wanted to continue. He was honest at all times and extremely kind and empathetic to the situation.Spencer and Leo saved the bug from the junk yard, saved my sanity and made my daughter so happy and thankful that she insisted on bringing them cookies.Len’s is our family “car doctor,” and like Jack Bauer from 24, I know that when I need car repair, all I have to do is call Len’s and say, “Leo.. you’re the only one I can trust.”Really.. Doesn't take 10 grand to fix head gaskets.

Were able to diagnose the sources of multiple sounds in my front suspension quickly. Super helpful techs who were happy to answer all my questions. I usually work on my car myself, so I was initially hesitant about bringing my car to a shop but Len's automotive proved to be honest and trustworthy, so will be using them again in the future!Service: Steering & suspension repair
This shop did excellent suspension work on my 2006 Honda accord. Car drives straight as an arrow and feels planted in the corners. They also were able to catch a small oil leak I could not find myself, and fixed my AC without even needing to recharge it.The prices here are a bit higher than your average shop, but for good reason, their work is top notch. I’m more than happy to pay a little extra for the piece of mind. They got it right the first time and have earned a life long customer. I hope my car is issue free for the next while, but even if something happens, I trust Len’s with whatever they think she needs.Had excellent interactions with all of the staff. Leo and Jess are really running a great shop here. If you really care about your vehicle, take it here. You will not be disappointed.
Got a recommendation to bring my 2014 VW Touareg TDI from ISHII Motors and am very happy with the results. Len’s is excellent. No mechanic has ever shown so much dedication to fixing my car. The service is pretty good, way better with pricing compare to Ford's AutoNation. Len's customer service is engaging enough which I decide to return and get my Ford Explorer fixed.

I brought my work vehicle in this week to see if the thermostat was out, I was aware there was a slow leak and let them know. After $400+ in inspections they rough verbal estimated $5-7k to fix a head gasket and my paperwork claimed I needed new windshield wipers and a light was out totalling another $400 in estimates. They also didn't fill any liquid after doing a pressure test on the vehicle. I called to make sure this was for my car. They confirmed it was. My wipers are less than 3 weeks old and RainX wipers, I have no lights out, and they claimed they filled the liquids and blamed the loss on the leak. I live 3 blocks away and my radiator was bone dry and my coolant at the same level listed in the ppwk. I drive it home and it hasn't moved since. No proof of leaks under my car. I filled the radiator last night and no leaks. I'm not even sure they ran any of the tests I paid for. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

The folks at Len's have been expertly maintaining my vehicles for more than 15 years. My '94 Ford Ranger recently developed a noise coming from underneath the chassis, which was quickly diagnosed at Len's. The weld points for the catalytic converter's heat shield had rusted off. They were able to re-work the shield and re-weld it back on, pretty amazing! This is the kind of quality and affordable work I've come to expect and depend on from Len's. Thank you for that!

This place is awesome. They have worked on my various cars for over 10 years. Never do extra work on car until they talk with you. Work quality is at the top of scale. Over 30 years we have been servicing our Vehicles at Len’s…There is nothing out there today that compares to their dedication to diagnosing, and repairing everything! Sure you can find cheap places, but do you really want to trust your Life with businesses that do not have the credibility that Len’s has ?

Len's has done a very good job for many years with maintenance on my (now very old) cars. They do the work on time and explain every thing well to me. And they are all pleasant to work with.

My car was sputtering and the engine light came on while I was driving to get my husband from work. We immediately took it to Len's because of the reviews & how close it was to us. We were so lucky Kyle was there to help us. He told us they were about two weeks out on repairs. He called a rental company for us to get his deal. We did some trouble shooting ourselves & he even came out & helped us trouble shoot a little. When we realized it was a simple fix he even ordered our part & had it delivered!! Absolute TOP NOTCH service. Without asking for a penny. I would absolutely recommend his shop to everyone & will be bringing my jeep back in for a full check up! Thank you so much Kyle! We are so grateful!
