The shop got me in quick, they charged lower then quote, very friendly and fast. Went over everything and I understood and answered my questions. My new spot for my 2019 Nissan rogue.

Fast, friendly and reliable.
Over all was good service. Mechanic did miss a few small items that needed repair and didn't leave the old replaced parts to show what all was replaced and needed replaced. Would liked to have seen those items. Over all I feel good on what was done but one of the issues I was having is still not fixed or even addressed. Not sure why when it was finished when the Mechanic test drove after finishing he didn't address it if he even test drove it after to insure his work.
We had two auto service visits recently; The Team at Tierra Del Sol Auto Enterprise were professional and informative. We will continue to count on them for our routine vehicle maintenance.
These guys are always very flexible and willing to work with me when it comes to scheduling more labor-intensive jobs for my vehicles. They seem knowledge and are always respectful. They are good about communicating updates to me, which I definitely appreciate. I would recommend them to any of my friends. I appreciate the work they have done on both of my vehicles thus far.
I recently took my car to this auto shop, and I couldn't be more impressed with their transparency and honesty. Initially, my car was set to be fixed in a day, but when I asked them to address another issue, they willingly took it on at a reasonable cost. Despite a mistake during the additional repair, they openly admitted the error, covered the extra expenses, and even provided me with a temporary vehicle. Their commitment to honesty and integrity is truly commendable. The team not only rectified the mistake promptly but also completed the overall repairs efficiently and at an amazing price. I highly recommend this auto shop to everyone; their honesty and exceptional service set them apart from the rest.

My experience with Tierra Del Sol has always been excellent. For my most recent visit I was able to register online. The service is excellent and efficient.
Made me wait a week for my appointment. Told me it would take one hour. Showed up for my appointment early. It took them an hour to tell me that it would take 3 to 4 hours and I was only scheduled for an hour and they wanted me to leave it with them so they could fix it when they felt like they could get to it and offered me a ride home. I told them that I made an appointment for today and that I wanted it fixed today. They told me to take my business elsewhere. I did. All those that I talked to were rude and argumentative and at times not allowing me to talk. They tried to put the blame on me and discount tire for their mistakes in planning and time management. Discount Tire will no longer send any business to them now because of this issue and issues that they have had in the past with them. I took it down the street to a place that fixed it in an hour and a half without an appointment!! Avoid this place like the plague if you want friendly timely quality reasonable priced service.

Excellent communication with service advisor, also my car was done before schedule.
They told me 192 if they needed to recharge my a/c. They ended up finding 3 leaks and said to fix it all was $1600. Will only go back if I have no other options in Lincoln and Otero counties.
Friendly and professional staff. Great and timely work. They are busy but never too busy to give the best in maintenance and customer service. I won't go anywhere else when it comes to vehicle maintenance.Thank you! Jim VH
They changed the starter for me on my Jeep commander. It was a good fix, but it took 3 days to do. Plus, they did not install the metal plate that goes under the engine block and left it in the trunk. Overall, the jeep is fixed, so I can't be mad, but they could have done a little better.
diagnostic check why my 2002 f250 wouldn't start. They put in 2 new batterys with out my Approval, they said my batterys were bad I still had 2 year warranty on then I had them checked with 2 different places both said there was nothing wrong with my batterys .they were trying to charge 225 each for 2 batterys .they also said my starter was bad . I made them take there batters back and told them to go ahead and put in a new starter .and a Sensor I took them , my bill was 1700 but after I got in to it with them they took the batters back and drop my bill to $795.15., my truck now starts and runs but now I have a very bad diesel leak coming from the motor. I really don't think they even test drove it .they were suppose to Steam cleaned the motor and undercarriage but that was not done..bad service. 795 dollars for a starter and putting in a Sensor...bad place to take ur vehicles to.. never again...

I took my ford in to have them do a Is diagnostic check. To see why it won't start . They put in 2 new batterys that I did not need and said the starter was bad .I had the old batterys checked at 2 different places to make sure there good , both places said my batterys were fine but I new they were they still had 2 years of warranty..so after getting up set with Allen they took the old batterys out and I was ok with them putting a new starter in , even though I had it checked and was told it was good .. I feel they were trying to take Is advantage of me . I don't beleave they even test drove my truck because when I got home it was leaking diesel fuel.. now I need to find some one I can trust to fix it .. the service I got at Tierra Del sol was very pore . I took it there because I trusted them for years back when they checked my truck for me , I was making sure it was a good truck befor I bought it . It was used and I didn't know anything about Is diesel trucks, I think the service has goen down from my first visit 6 years ago ... I'm sorry but they didn't do a good job this time and tryed to over charge me ...date I picked it up was 5/8/23 ,
