This is the shop I go to whenever my vehocles need repair. A great crew who knows their stuff!
The service we have always received at Tierra Del Sol has been nothing but 5 star quality.
Tierra Del Sol is the most thorough shop in town and provides EXCELLENT service to all customers .
Alan kept me informed on the progress, and Mike steadily worked on my Ford Taurus to get the job repaired and done. I like that !
Very nice place, the staff was great!!! They got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time and provided transport to and from where we were staying. Highly recommend them.
I was quoted $1700 for shocks/struts and a boot replacement...I found out the price of parts and labor in various places and it was much much less than that...overpriced for those that don't really know what it truly costs to repair a car...not very professional at all!

The worst place to bring your vehicle if it brakes down in new Mexico. Staff is so rude and very disrespectful towards costumers that are not from there. Or passing by. Front office lady is very rude and disrespectful. If i can give this place a negative 5 stars i would.
Best auto shop in town! They are clear and honest about your car and back all of their work. Super friendly and helpful service and a great environment. If you need work done on your car, go here!
I've done a lot of business with tierra del sol over the years. And I've always been satisfied and had no problem referring others to their business. My issue is with the estimate. When you give a estimate it should include the tax and their mandatory diagnostic. When my boyfriend was quoted $288 last week and he gets a call on Monday saying his vehicle is ready and it will be $346. That's not right. A accurate estimate was important. He wasn't paying for it I was. He injured his back and has been out of work and is a single father of 3, I just buried my mother and I'm still getting over the cost of the funeral so a accurate estimate was VERY important. $60 dollars is $60. Please review the importance of a accurate estimate with April and that you dont know what people are going through. I've mostly used Rowdy and had no issues.Thank you, Wendy Vogt
Customer service was rude over the phone and @ the desk. Had an appointment, waited 40 min. to be told they forgot to charge their equipment and wouldn't be able to perform a simple alignment. No apology or even a good bye. 10 of 10 would not recommend.
Doing a review because of how a friend of mine had a bad experience that's completely unacceptable. He sent his vehicle in for repairs and they were done, except the work was done poorly and the issue was not resolved and caused other problems. Needlessly to say you charged him for the second repair which is definitely not professional.

(((Long story short - Make sure to fully clarify if your total estimated price is before or after the services they already did)))Will try to make story short ~Went here because of the raving reviews and signs that say best rated shop in town (I'm from out of town, so it's difficult to pick) Had an airbag light checked out, they told me it was the front bumper sensor. I asked how much it would be to fix, they said $370. I said great! Please let me know if costs go up, or if you run into anything else (I have an older car)It was done very quickly (awesome) and I came in the office to a bill of $533. My wife and I paid and walked out, but wife told me to go back in and ask for an explanation for the higher bill. After a lot of talking with the front desk women... and honestly no explanation I was told I would receive a $65 refund.Honestly, more than expected. Was happy with this, and walked out. (Even though it was still *well* over the estimated price)I was called the next day and asked if everything was working still (Which is a really nice feature of this shop) I said yes, just still disappointed with the final cost being over the estimated price. He said "Actually, we have another refund for $40, come in so we can run your credit card for refund"I said cool! Sounds great to me.Went in and figured out the $370 was AFTER the diagnosis cost, so it was around $455 for the whole bill.Just felt like the classic *mechanic charges what they want* deal and left me feeling a little jipped.Overall fine place with timely service, but make sure to get full clarity of costs! Was not impressed they never said sorry for the mix up, or explained the mix up either... since it was a LOT of money i would've missed out on, if I didn't ask.****Additionally, their military discount is very appreciated, because they do not have to do that. Most service members take discounts for granted, thanks for the financial support!****
As always, this automotive team was prompt and reliable in accommodating our request for service. Instead of racing through the project, the team then took the time and trouble to analyze the several mechanical problems needing attention, to seek the best available "fix" at the most competitive price, and even went another, extra mile in keeping our car secure and under roof throughout the time that she was awaiting and receiving service. In the end, the team's charges were ridiculously fair and reasonable to us, and it seems that the problems about which we were concerned have now been addressed fully, ably and professionally. We are very pleased, and happy to recommend Tierra del Sol Automotive to any prospective customers. Thank you!
