I recently took my vehicle to Tierra Del Sol with a serious oil leak.They looked to be extremely busy but less than two hours laterthey informed me that my vehicle was ready to go.The oil system was fixed and serviced for a reasonable charge and I was on my way. All employees were friendly, professional and polite.I will continue to rely on Tierra Del Sol for future vehicle maintenance requirements.

My husband and I were 1400 miles away from home when our brakes began making a noise. The staff were all very professional yet friendly. They gave us a same day appointment. They checked the car for free and then told my husband the problem along with a reasonable estimate for repairs and the option to get it fixed elsewhere. Because of this great first impression, my husband chose to get it repaired here. They were able to fix it in just a couple of hours. We had piece of mind it was fixed well. If you are from out of town, these people will treat you right.

Customers beware! My wife brought our vehicle here when the rear blower fan was intermittent. The fan would be running one minute and then turn off by itself then turn back on. If I wasn't away for work for a few months during that time I would of attempted to repair the problem myself before taking it to a mechanic. They told her the rear blower motor was melted and stuck and that it would cost $1300 to repair. We did not have the money to have the repairs accomplished so we told this shop we would have to bring it back another time. After I returned home I took a look at the vehicle and noticed the fan was not coming on at all. As I looked around the wiring to the motor I noticed a wire was cut. It was clearly obvious that the wire was cut to the blower motor, it was not a smashed wire or anything like that. No one has ever been under the panel that houses this motor for the entire time that we have owned the vehicle. A mechanic(s) in this auto shop is the only one(s) that could that have done this. I spliced the wire back together and immediately the blower started running again, but after a few minutes it turned off. This is the same issue my wife was having before she took it to this shop. I also heard a clicking noise and eventually found that this clicking noise was coming from one of the blend door actuators. I then purchased 2 actuators and a blower motor(just in case) from the junkyard for $25 total. After replacing both actuators everything worked as it's supposed to. I now have a backup blower motor in case the one currently in the vehicle somehow "melts" internally and is "stuck". Also, if I needed to purchase a brand new motor it would cost me approximately $150. How is this $1300 project?! I feel they were attempting to take advantage of my wife. I've heard good things about this place and I brought my other vehicle here before for routine maintenance that I did not feel like doing myself, but after this experience, never again. I gave 2 stars due the 1 good experience I had with my other vehicle. With that said, customers, I say again, beware...for sabotage and overcharge!

Back in town for Grandmother's funeral. Friday afternoon on the way back to hotel, car has starting/running trouble. AAA recommends Tierra Del Sol and we limp the car over. Bad weather rolling in and it is the end of the day but Alan gets us in, the team figures out that the alternator is shot and they hustle to get a replacement and get us fixed for a fair price (AND the AAA discount). These guys ROCK!

Honest, high quality service at a fair price. We are new to the area and needed a diagnosis as to why my car was melting. (Yes...melting!) Rowdy got me scheduled right away and put our car on the rack. Turns out it was an anti-corrosion treatment that liquifies at 112 (pavement temp). Guess it is a wee bit hot here in the summer. We were treated so well, we've already returned - twice - for routine service and for a check engine light repair. Courteous. Quick. Just an all around great experience from the entire team. Thank you!!

Honest people. Even though they couldn't fix it, they did right by us.

Doing a review because of how a friend of mine had a bad experience that's completely unacceptable. He sent his vechile in for repairs and they were done, except the work was done poorly and the issue was not resolved and caused other problems. Needlessly to say you charged him for the second repair which is definitely not professional.

We could not have asked for better service. We were 1400 miles away from home with squealing brakes. I stopped by after seeing the great reviews (I agree!!). They gave me an appointment time to come back the same day. They checked the car for free, told me what was wrong (including quote for parts and service) and gave me the option of having the service done there or going elsewhere. My car was repaired in the same afternoon and the work was excellent. The entire staff was friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Their reputation is well deserved and price was reasonable, it was a fair price.
