I was quoted $1700 for shocks/struts and a boot replacement...I found out the price of parts and labor in various places and it was much much less than that...overpriced for those that don't really know what it truly costs to repair a car...not very professional at all!

Customer service was rude over the phone and @ the desk. Had an appointment, waited 40 min. to be told they forgot to charge their equipment and wouldn't be able to perform a simple alignment. No apology or even a good bye. 10 of 10 would not recommend.

Needlessly to say you charged him for the second repair which is definitely not professional.
The service we have always received at Sierra Del Sol has been nothing but 5 star quality.
Outstanding service and repairs AS ALWAYS!
Very nice place, the staff was great!!! They got us in and out in a reasonable amount of time and provided transport to and from where we were staying. Highly recommend them.
