They told me 192 if they needed to recharge my a/c. They ended up finding 3 leaks and said to fix it all was $1600. Will only go back if I have no other options in Lincoln and Otero counties.
Made the appointment, dropped the car off the night before, and it was done before noon the next day. A/C blowing cold air! Great service.

They changed the starter for me on my Jeep commander. It was a good fix, but it took 3 days to do. Plus, they did not install the metal plate that goes under the engine block and left it in the trunk. Overall, the jeep is fixed, so I can't be mad, but they could have done a little better.

Skid plate was hanging loose and dragging dirt. Took my car in for a pit stop and wanted to see if they could help me out real quick. They put the car on a lift and fixed her right up. Did not charge anything either! Friendly business!
diagnostic check why my 2002 f250 wouldn't start. They put in 2 new batterys with out my Approval, they said my batterys were bad I still had 2 year warranty on then I had them checked with 2 different places both said there was nothing wrong with my batterys .they were trying to charge 225 each for 2 batterys .they also said my starter was bad . I made them take there batters back and told them to go ahead and put in a new starter .and a Sensor I took them , my bill was 1700 but after I got in to it with them they took the batters back and drop my bill to $795.15., my truck now starts and runs but now I have a very bad diesel leak coming from the motor. I really don't think they even test drove it .they were suppose to Steam cleaned the motor and undercarriage but that was not done..bad service. 795 dollars for a starter and putting in a Sensor...bad place to take ur vehicles to.. never again...

I took my ford in to have them do a Is diagnostic check. To see why it won't start . They put in 2 new batterys that I did not need and said the starter was bad .I had the old batterys checked at 2 different places to make sure there good , both places said my batterys were fine but I new they were they still had 2 years of warranty..so after getting up set with Allen they took the old batterys out and I was ok with them putting a new starter in , even though I had it checked and was told it was good .. I feel they were trying to take Is advantage of me . I don't beleave they even test drove my truck because when I got home it was leaking diesel fuel.. now I need to find some one I can trust to fix it .. the service I got at Tierra Del sol was very pore . I took it there because I trusted them for years back when they checked my truck for me , I was making sure it was a good truck befor I bought it . It was used and I didn't know anything about Is diesel trucks, I think the service has goen down from my first visit 6 years ago ... I'm sorry but they didn't do a good job this time and tryed to over charge me ...date I picked it up was 5/8/23 ,

Tierra del Sol always takes care of my vehicles and lets me know of maintenance issues before they become major. Honest fair, and, quick.
Rude front lady, mechanic seem like nice ppl but incompetent, was charged for a diagnostic was told car was good, went to another shop and they showed me how worn out the joints/ other part were worn out and I should keep these expensive in mind.
Had family go in for a no crank no start, 2020 f150, after running low on oil and rolling to a stop. The business then told them "the motor is siezed". They also would not put the truck through a computer diagnostic. A day later some jumper cables, a new drain plug, and some oil and the truck is back to how it should be.I would not recommend a shop that will willingly misdiagnose a vehicle, expecting a 8k$ job.
I went in with my husbands truck. It had run out of oil and wouldn’t start. I asked them to replace the oil cap and put it on the machine to see what codes it threw and reset the oil system. The put 5 quarts of oil and a plug and said the engine was seized. Towed the truck home where my son put the battery charger on it and it started right up. No seized engine. I wish I could put no stars. Also customer service was mediocre.
Grandpa got an oil change on his diesel truck, supplyed own oil and filter cost him 186 dollars! 186 dollars to pull a drain plug and spin on a filter. Absolute rip off don’t take your vehicles to this scam shop.
The woman who makes calls and is at the front desk was unbelieabley rude and condescending. I tried to talk to someone else or a mechanic to ask some questions and got nothing but eye rolls and rude comments. I had a good experience there in the past but they just lost my business.
My girlfriend and I were moving from Ohio to Arizona and my lug studs sheared off at like 11pm. AAA towed my car to their shop. After they opened in the morning, they looked at my car and I was back on the road the next day before 2pm! Thank you so much!
Not only was the manager of this place unpleasant to deal with, his “mechanics” charged me almost $600 to get my car ready for a long trip…my radiator blew not one day after! Thank God I didn’t go due to unexpected illness! Never going back!!

The mechanic identified the problem with a defective cooling fan and replaced it solving the problem of overheating when using the air conditioning. Also discovered worn brakes and replaced them.
