I went to hometown for front breaks and my AC because it was not working. They had me me replace the condenser, high pressure line and the gasket seal on the air compressor and my air conditioner and it still didn’t work. The total cost was $800.00 for breaks, air conditioner, parts and labor work. I went there a total of 4 times and it still it didn’t hold air compressor refrigerant. They referred me to Evolution Auto and Home Town said they would give me a discount but didn’t. So I paid double. I would not refer anybody to go there. Note: There lead mechanic is not very nice. Good Look! I will not be going back.
Hometown put four new tires on my car last year. A couple of weeks ago, we noticed a bulge in the sidewalk of one of them. We took the car to Hometown and they put a new tire on, no questions asked. Quick service and very friendly!
Best in town! Had a window regulator that needed to be replaced and they were way more competitively priced than the dealership. Also recently had to get a water pump replaced with the same great service. Great service, great staff, great price. Cant ask for more.
Yes every time you go in there everybody's so friendly, last time I was there just a couple weeks ago I had a nail in my tire. They got my truck in within a half hour, and once it was done, the guy that worked on it walked in handed me my keys and said that's it. There's no charge. You can't ask for any better.
During a routine maintenance, Andrew at Hometown Tire and Auto notice my tires were wearing dangerously low on tread. Ronda ordered some amazing tires, and they were put on the next day. It's great to have this team looking our for the safety of my family. Thank you Hometown Tire and Auto.
I love hometown tire and auto. I will not go anywhere else for service. They have ALWAYS been fair, honest and above board with me. As a woman, a lot of times you feel intimidated by mechanics, but I have never felt that way at Hometown Tire and Auto, they have always made me feel very safe and secure when I am there and I have never felt cheated. In fact, they go out of their way to make sure that no one ever feels cheated. I would recommend them to everyone! And they are honest enough that if they can't do the work, they will refer you to, only the most reputable mechanics, that can get it done for you. Love, love, love this place!
Definitely recommend! The small town feel gives you a personal experience and you leave feeling like they actually took care of you, unlike the big name guys. They are always fast and easy to work with and always work with my crazy schedule. I’ve been taking my car to Hometown for years and I will continue for many more!
Hometown Tire is amazing!! They were able to get the tires I wanted and had them the following business day! They advised me that I need new ball joints and instead of pushing me to go with the brand they can get they recommended a better brand that I could get online and they would install when I get them. My new tires look amazing and the cost was less than I expected! I highly recommend them for all of your automotive needs!!
Hometown tires is awesome! We came to help my brother and ended up with a few car issues. The folks at Hometown Tire were so great to help us out. If you are ever in need for tires, automotive repair, or an oil change Hometown Tires is professional, reliable and they perform fast quality service. The mechanics and staff are the best! Looking forward to doing business here again if need be.
Hometown Tire and Auto is awesome! I took my car in for an alignment, they found that my front tires just needed to be balanced and suggested that the control arm bushings should be replaced soon, gave me a bid for the repair and sent me on my way, no charge for balancing the tires. I will definitely be going back to them for my next set of tires. I appreciate honest businesses like Hometown Tire and Auto who provide excellent customer care and I feel like I can send my mom there, without worrying that she will get taken advantage of. I highly recommend Hometown Tire and Auto for your automotive repairs!
First of all, Ronda is awesome! She is friendly, helpful, and informative. I always feel like she cares very deeply for her customers.Secondly, I always receive fast and thorough service at Hometown Tire and Auto, whether it’s getting tires changed or rotated, an oil change, or taking a peak at something I have a concern about. They let me know of any potential issues they notice without any pressure to get the work done. Their prices are very reasonable. I trust everyone there completely. I will always go to them for my car maintenance needs.
Great prices , great service! Very honest people who care about people and service . I will never use a big brand tire company again . Not just tires , I had my hubs and wheel bearings replaced and my alignment done . Very professional and super nice !

These people know what they are doing, mechanically & have a great knowledge of all cars & trucks. I used to do business with Big O tjres in Tooele, buy they did me wrong. Wow!! We came in with a flat on Saturday afternoon about 20 minutes before closing. They had the tire we needed and we were out of there 5 minutes before they closed. Amazing!! Great price too!
I always appreciate knowing that when I work with Marios I am working with people I can trust. I was especially glad they had serviced the car before we took off on a big trip. Nice to know that everything was in order. We'll be back.
These guys are awesome. After not being able to get a bolt unstuck off my rear caliper while attempting to change a rotor in parking lot , I rolled up without notice. They had plenty going on and wouldn't have been able to get me in that evening to finish the job. However they helped me get the bolt loosened up out front and I handled the rest. Not what I was expecting to happen . It's hard to find customer service like that anymore. Thanks Phill!
Mario's is amazing! They are friendly and honest. Since moving to Tooele,UT we thought we'd have a hard time finding a good place to take our cars to. But when we started to ask around Mario's was the place. And we haven't looked back.
I'm not sure if I rated this place or not, but this place actually cares about their customers! I can't remember the lady's name for the life of me, but she got me taken care of back in January when I got a flat, and now we're needing to replace the other three tires. She helped me choose the best tires and got me an appointment for Saturday! These people will have me as a customer for life!!!! I could not be happier!!!!
