I've had good experiences at Autoscope in the past, however in this case, I brought in the car for a specific concern (vibration at speed), and in spite of $1300 in repairs for it, there was no improvement in the issue. I was dissapointed in that it shows the mechanics did not even do a test drive to confirm a fix at the end.

The customer service team was argumentative and condescending and it was really disappointing to be treated that way.
Exceptional Service!
My appointment was at 1:30 pm and I was in and out within an hour. Thank you for fixing my BMW by replacing the object that holds the light rather than charge me for the whole headlight. This is not a typical auto shop. Integrity goes a long way. Thank you Rhod Rees.
I had a warranty issue and AutoScope stood by their work and fixed the problem. They’re a class A company, great people!

I have two 2002 BMW 540s (Six-speed manual with M-Spec suspension and a Touring station wagon). For more than fifteen years Autoscope has kept my E 39s in top shape. The staff is knowledgeable and they stand behind their repairs.

Very pleased with the service i received at autoscope. Everyone was very helpful and they went above and beyond to take care of my car and didn’t take advantage of me as I’m a young girl and don’t fully understand everything about cars
Have used AutoScope intermittently over last 3 years. When my check engine light went on I went to another shop that specializes in my make car. I was quoted $5700. Decided to go back to AutoScope and they were able to address my problem with a more limited repair. I am appreciative of this.

Jim had great communication with me while Chris did phenomenal work diagnosing an issue with my MINI not starting out of the blue. Turned out I had gotten bad gas at a QT on Garland road. The representative I called at QT was great as well, sent a form to me I handed over to Jim, they got everything filled out to show the issue was the gas and I added in my receipt proving where and when I bought the fuel and QT paid the shop directly for them to replace the entire fuel system. Got my MINI back Friday. Might need to get it retuned, but other than that it’s just like it was before!
