This is the newest of the three locations in Dallas. The facility is located off Denton Drive, in close proximity to Lemmon Ave and Inwood. Facility has a large waiting area and complimentary sodas and water for you waiters. I was able to visit the garage, and it was big! I think it could fit at least 20 cars on lifts. I came for a track inspection. Staff was very friendly, and I was greeted by owner Nerces. Autoscope specializes in European cars- Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lotus and other exotics. They are also authorized dealers for aftermarket parts such as GIAC, Dinan, etc. I highly recommend them for any routine maintenance or specialized jobs.

Brought my Mini for an alignment and an oil change. Apparently it also needed to replace the thermostat housing and coolant crossover pipe. They overcharged the standard 2.2 hours of labor for the job by 2.3 hours, the car was in the shop for a day and a half and the numbers of the invoice do not match the payment by extended warranty along with mine. Robert was very professional, but the entire job/process doesn't add up and they're just trying to overcharge. Sadly, won't be coming back.

The semi-annual service on my 2002 BMW 540 Touring went well and a mysterious clunking sound was traced to a loose battery hold down strap. As always, the staff is professional and fair.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW HERE. I bought a BMW that was worked on and inspected at this shop. From my own personal experience, they have no idea what they are doing or looking at. Inspection missed huge issues, and much of the work performed on the car was done incorrectly and needs to be completely redone. It's very apparent to me that this is NOT a place I'd ever take a BMW to for any service what so ever.

So you know how there are the "I think my check engine light came on because the auto shop did something when they fixed my air conditioner last week" stereotypes that come with Car Repair shops? Or as a throwback anyone remembers Matilda and the persona of her dad , the greasy scum bag salesman? Take your pick , but don't pick Autoscope if you're looking to avoid the likely root of these stereotypes. They will boast their expertise , throw it around like the King of Prom and are the experts in "cool". Like we get it Kyle, cars make five noises indicative of what's wrong. The diagnostic will do, you auto know I'm not looking for your magic 8 ball hypothesis. So In the first ten minutes of being there , they walk me to my car , I answer some questions and we are back inside where somehow my responses rack me up a quote of $620... AS JUST THE PRELIMINARY AMOUNT . A new quote would be sent once they've figured out exactly the issue was. Experts in cool ... psh. So $165 for a 24 point inspection, $135 to unjam a door, $165 to diagnose the actual problem , $80 for an oil change I didn't need and they'd "fill up the tires for me" for $75 . I decline everything but the diagnostic of the problem. The quote rolls in at close to 2K. I'm not even expanding on that... here is what I will recommend. ALWAYS get a second opinion when dealing with this place. If you don't have a second opinion message me... I found a guy that did a free diagnostic and charges 1/4 of what this place did and was a much more genuine person. For real, even though I feel like I'm doing a good deed for the consumer on writing this post , I'll do you one better. Hit me up and I'll give you his contact information in a heartbeat. Man this whole experience was exhausting .

I've been my car to Autoscope for the past two years and have never been disappointed with the service and quality of workmanship. Robert Brown far exceeded our expectations as he navigated through MB warranty issues and he was huge advocate to get our warranty work resolved. Would highly recommend this company.

Took my car in for an oil change, which I dropped off early that morning when they opened. I didn't receive my car back until the next day. It was very unprofessional of AutoScope to contact me as they were closing for the day that they were not able to perform the work, and that I would have to pick my car up the next day. I informed them that I had a trip to take and that I would need my car back ASAP. I still didn't receive my car back until almost noon. Mind you, I had to take an Uber home from work and also to pick up my car. I will NEVER use them for their services ever again! Walanda Jones

Dropped off my vehicle for a pre purchase inspection ($500, after speaking with multiple shops found out this was a rip off. And should have paid half that amount) My vehicle wasn't perfect, But they knit picked it and would tell me false information. They suggested that rotors HAVE to be replaced with brake pads. After speaking with BMW dealer ship(manufacturing of the car) they said rotors only have to be replaced if they are bad. Also basically told me they would not work on this car because it's had work down somewhere else. Long story short they weren't very professional, and robert whom I dealt with, kept telling me how he's a jew(not that it's my buisness or matters to me) and kept insulting Jews. Wasn't funny and was kind of awkward. He also then told me to stop talking because he was talking, I feel disrespected. I just paid you $500 I'm allowed to ask questions. He proceeded to tell me that I wasn't his customer because I'm not the guy buying the car I'm the guy selling it. Again it's me that's paying you $500 smh. I'm not mad at auto scope I have read a lot about you guys and you guys are awesome but I think robert needs to be re-educated on how he talks to people and not to make any religious jokes even if it's about your self. Because who knows what you say about other religions! Also just because your policy is to change rotors at 50k miles, doesn't mean you have to if there not bad. I'm hoping you guys don't sell rotors there when there not needed just to make money. I recommend people call the dealership service dept to verify what auto scope is telling you. Unfortunately won't be taking any of my high end vehicles here( Rs7, X6M, Huracan) Better of stick with dealer ship at least they won't lie to you and insult your religion. Btw if anyone doesn't believe I have witness and proof about this. Just email me

Great place to get your foreign car worked on! Fast service that keeps you informed via email and text including pictures along the way. It's not cheap but I guess that comes with the car.

Im so glad I found Auroscope of Dallas... Robert and his staff are so professional and thorough as well as fair priced. I did a PPI (pre purchase inspection) on a 2015 Aston Martin with very low miles! The owner selling it said it was perfect, no accidents, no paint work and needed nothing! The PPI SAVED ME $10,000 in losses... used beautiful exotic cars can and do have hidden problems! AUTOSCOPE found them all and spent time detailing them in a very through report w pictures and then detailed them to me on the phone. TRUST ME... use Autoscope for you cars and rest assured that they are TRUE PROFESSIONALS! Thank you Robert, you saved me a lot of headaches!!!

I was referred to this place by one of my best friends. I know he wouldn't have referred me unless they were reliable and cost-effective because we both have BMWs. Well, I've got to say he was right! My service tech was Brian and he was awesome. They are resonable and honest. They worked with my insurance company to get things fiexed and preemptively as well. They showed me exactly what the issues were and how they would repair them. They use factory parts. While I was at the shop waiting to pick up my car I spoke to a couple of customers waiting for their cars and they had been coming here for quite a while. They work on Rolls Royce, Porche, BMW etc. Like they say it's good to have a good lawyer, accountant, and mechanic you can trust ;-)

Helpful...so far. I stopped in for service during my cross country trip from Cali to the east coast. I stayed in Texas for a couple weeks and found this place on Yelp. They did a great job on servicing my car. The facility is modern and they have the latest equipment. Their follow up is impeccable. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is -1 for being rather pricey (they got a lot of bells and whistles to account for) and -1 since I didn't get a major service. Just oil change and tires. So I can't really review if they do major work well. But from my experience I wish they were back here in Cali closer to my home. I'd return for all services.

I was quoted $1300 from the BMW dealer's service dept in grapevine for a flat tire said the wheel needed to be replaced, the tire need replacing and then an alignment. Looked for other places on yelp and found great reviews on Yelp. This place is fantastic. The President/owner of the unit comes out and greet most customers as they pull up. Their BMW certified service reps sent the tire out to be welded and returned the next day. Tire didn't need to be replaced and no need for an alignment. Total bill - $178. Not paying for a huge fancy showroom matters!

Brought my car in because I needed to get my HVAC blower motor/regulator/wiring redone or else the wrath of the Texas heat would kill me. They were really hospitable from the start, didn't waste any of my time, was upfront with the pricing and took the time to call my warranty company to ensure that it would be covered. Had the repairs done in a day and they were able to provide me with a ride to work in the morning. Their rate seems to fit between what you'd pay at the dealership and a mom n' pop shop. It's not the cheapest, I won't lie, but it's also not a stealership rate. You're dealing with high end cars, so expecting a $40/hr labor rate just isn't gonna happen if you want your work done right. The facility is nice and clean. Certainly some nice eye candy when it comes to the cars that are getting serviced as well. I was hoping to take the 911 turbo in the showroom as a loaner, but no dice.

I came to this establishment with my friend since he needed to get his car worked on. Man, I was taken by surprise with the professionalism, and dedication of the staff to get things done right, and on time. In addition, the pricing of their work is pretty much awesome too...they saved my buddy lots of money for the work that was done on his vehicle. Note: The Dealership people were out their freaking mind when it came to pricing for the work that my buddy was seeking to get done on his vehicle. If I ever have an issue with any of my vehicles, I'll make sure that I bring them here for sure. Awesome place!!! :)

These guys are on the ball! They work directly with Dinan, a BMW certified aftermarket parts company that allows you to tweak your ride without voiding the bimmer warranty. Whether you're interested in adding some extra horses under the hood or just a simple cosmetic touch of originality, this is the place to go. Their passion for fine automobiles & superior attention to detail is unparalleled. Parts & labor may set you back a bit more than other establishments but you certainly get what you pay for plus the priceless peace of mind that your ride is safely resting in the hands of trustworthy experts.

I've been using Autoscope for a little over 3 years now. When I first got my Audi S4, I searched on where the best place to get the car serviced in Dallas would be. One name continued to pop up everywhere I looked - Autoscope and Carson Garrison. Once I took the car in, I knew I was in the right place. They have continued to provide excellent service with the utmost professionalism each and every time I brought the car in. Working with Carson has been fantastic. He is as friendly, knowledgeable, upfront, and trustworthy a mechanic there is. He's become more than just a mechanic for me. I have always been provided accurate quotes with estimated repair times for every service I've done. I've never been quoted for unnecessary work and have been shown exactly what problems my car had so I knew I wasn't being taken. Carson calls me every step of the way and we look over the car together (in an exceptionally clean service area) before any work is started. I've compared my repairs with quotes I was given from local dealerships as well and Autoscope has always been cheaper. After my initial visit, my brother began to bring his BMW in along with our mother's Mercedes. He and I are incredibly obsessive about the condition and performance of our cars and Autoscope is as well. Your car will be treated right when you bring it in. I've never been disappointed with any work they've done and they will continue to be the only place I take my cars to.

I recently purchased a set of tires from Tirerack.com which lists Autoscope as a certified installer so I had my tires shipped directly to them and scheduled an appointment to have them mounted, balanced, etc.. I knew going into this appointment that my car needed more than just tires and an alignment and the guys here agreed. They took me back into their impressively clean shop to show me the movement in my control arm bushings, the leak coming from my valve cover and right strut, while explaining to me that the alignment I had scheduled would be a waste of money without getting some of these issues fixed ahead of time. I returned to my seat so the techs could write up a quote, (I'm thinking to myself while walking past the maserati, bentley, porches, and my favorite the 8 series bimmer, "this is gonna be an expensive repair estimate.") While the quote was a bit high, it was still much less than the bmw dealership quoted me afterwards. The tech came out and walked me through each of the repairs and listed them in priority. I suggested that I can probably make a few of the fixes myself and he even gave me a few tips. I left getting just the tires mounted and having a good idea what issues exist under my hood. Overall I was exceptionally pleased with my experience at Autoscope. While yes their prices are higher than your typical independent bodyshop, and could stand to come down a hair. When it comes to vehicle repairs I strongly believe you get what you pay for.
