I was having battery issues and Jeremiah was able to get me in on short notice and order and install a new battery with little delay. Staff was very courteous, and overall it was a positive experience.

I called them they seemed nice and knowing what they were talking about. Car was towed there and it took 4 days to find out it was something else causing the problem which isnt a big deal besides the $1000 tag. (could of knocked down 10% for the weeks and weeks of problems .was told the part will be there 7-14 days after that the part had 2 other dates later. Then their computer was down. This whole time not one person wanted to just tell me exactly what was going on. Had my phone calls ignored had to call from another phoneto get an answer. Took almost 6 weeks to get my car back. 2 stars instead of one is because I got my car back.If I treated customers this way they would find other places. But if you don't mind someone putting you last and working on your car forever because you have no job or anywhere to go then this may be the place for you. I truly hope Jermeiahs Automotive figures out what is wrong with their stystem and gets it all sorted out.

Why? Why would you charge an elderly man $300 for a new battery? Sure you checked out the starting and charging system. However, that's free at ANY auto parts store, including the installation. Be clear, be professional, and don't let your customers leave paying $300 for just a battery. Dirty trick and deserving of a terrible review.

Jeremiah was determined to find a problem affecting my check engine light. I couldn't feel anything wrong but the problem was there. Sometimes it takes extreme patience to track down a problem and Jeremiah stuck with it. After a faulty injector was identified as the problem, my Buick is running great and the light is off.

They fixed my car and said that it was the alternator even though I informed them that it has been replaced. The very next week the same issues happened and car broke down. Jeremiahs charged me again to fix it even though they didn't fix original problems and gave me a very difficult time. They acted like I had no idea what I was talking about because I'm a women. I think anyone would know the problem wasn't fixed if the same thing happened. Jeremiahs also gave my friend a difficult time because they didn't want them to do their brakes because they were charging $280 and my friend found some where cheaper. All around was not very happy with service and very unprofessional!!
