They have seriously overcharged us for work done to my car. Ended up taking my car somewhere else and seems like everything Jeremiah's has done to my car is all having to be redone.Charged me new tire prices for used tires. They will also not allow you in the garage area to see or know what they are doing to your vehicle. Will not be taking my car back there.

Outstanding customer service! Jeremiah's has worked on all of my vehicles for several years. One of the few shops left in town that will actually be honest.There have been several occasions when they didn't fix something because it wasn't actually broke when they tore things apart. Hearing from the local dealership that we needed a new engine due to lifter failure with the #8 exhaust lobe was bad enough. Then the situation was made even worse when the dealership told us that it would be 4 - 6 weeks before the job could be completed due to back orders nationwide for similar failures. Weighing all the financial options, including whether to even keep our vehicle, we decided to go with a Jasper engine. This led us to Jeremiah's Automotive. Every aspect of this major expense was handled in a professional manner. Also, we had our car back in less than a week. With as much as I like this vehicle (it truly is my dream car) along with being repeatedly told that it still looks like new, I'm so happy and thankful that Jeremiah's Automotive resolved this situation.

I thought customer service like this was a thing of the past, but Jeremiah and his team really went above and beyond to get our CR-V back on the road after we got the run around from a local dealer. I had been looking for several years for a good, reliable, trustworthy mechanic, and it appears I have finally found one. Thanks for the extra effort to get us back on the road.

Jeremiah's is the only place that we let work on our vehicles. We have been using him for close to 17 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else and I always recommend him. Thanks for the great work as always.

I have been taking our car and truck as well as my daughter and son-in-laws cars to Jeremiah's Automotive for several years and have always been treated very respectful and professional. I am 69 years old and over the years have experienced many unprofessionals who seem to not care about you being a future customer. With that said, Jeremiah is an "outstanding" mechanic, he is very honest and trys to earn your continued business. He is an asset to our community and I am proud to highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get their vehicle fixed correctly, professionally and treat you with respect.

FANTASTIC customer service. I had my car taken in for an oil change. I used to always go to the dealership but got tired of waiting 2+ hours for a simple oil change. I contacted Jeremiah’s Automotive a week in advance and asked when they were available and they got me right in and worked around my schedule. Jeremiah is a very trustworthy individual and I would trust him and his crew on my car any day. It’s nice to know good, loyal people are taking great care of your car. I would highly recommend Jeremiah’s Automotive to anyone and will continue to spread the word. Thanks so much for all of your hard work!

Had work done here in the past and had no issues. Their availability to pick you up and drop you off is a great idea that made service easy. The main issue came when I had an exhaust leak. The car was dropped off and picked up the next day. Jeremiah himself told me he had pulled heat sheilds off and welded a rust hole in my manifold but that it hadn't fixed the issue. The next week I had time to investigate the issue myself. Pulling the heat shields off myself, I discovered there was no rust, no evidence of any welding, no damage to the manifold at all. The only thing wrong was a burnt out gasket on the block. When I asked Jeremiah what work had actually been done on my car, he changed his story two or three seperate times and blamed his other shop help for not addressing it properly. I urge anyone else to find another option for a mechanic. A gasket is not a huge issue and I was able to fix it myself with time set aside to dig into it. However, this would not be so easy with a multitude of other engine or transmission issues. The issue was not cost (thankfully) but rather honesty. If a mechanic can't take pride in his work or honesty, how can you trust him with one of the most expensive investments you make that you rely on to transport your family?

I got my truck worked on at Jeremiah’s. I got quoted a fair price below other mechanics I had checked, the work was done well and on a timely manner. I know many other people who use Jeremiah’s and they all recommended him to me and I can see why. I will be using Jeremiah’s in the future, good honest mechanics are hard to find!

I’m a repeat customer, time and time again I get honest answers for my car , cost and issues, feel he is the best and I have continually referred family and friends to him which says a lot, because if I feel you don’t do worthy service or have integrity and honesty in your business towards your customers you won’t get repeat business - Jeremiah’s automotive service is expectational and I will continue to come back.
