Mr Alan is the best mechanic he's been good to me and my Wife though out the years that we have been taking our cars there to get repaired and his mechanics are the best that I know of. Allen's Auto Repair is the only place we trust with our mechanic needs. It is very family-oriented, they are very polite, I wish everyone could enjoy the experiences we have. Got quoted at Volume Chevrolet over 1100$ went to Allen's and paid 560$. Very reasonable prices he brings good service to good ole Jasper county.

Great Experience!My father passed away , and left me an older car ( 1999 Toyota Avalon ) that had been totaled in Arizona and titled as a salvage rebuild. Upon bringing the car back to Georgia, we were told that it had to go through a Georgia Inspection before it could be titled and registered. The Problem was , the ABS Light would not self check. We took the car to a local place in Gray. After reading a code they said it showed all 4 speed sensors. They replaced all 4 speed sensors. We asked them to line it up as well ,and replace a missing bolt. Upon pickup the next day ,we were told it didn’t fix it, and handed a bill for a little over a $1000 which we paid. We then decided to take the car to TOYOTA. They told us it was an ABS pump. After waiting 3 WEEKS, they told us they didn’t make it anymore ,and we would have to hunt a used one. We.picked up the car and brought it home.AT THIs POINT , We didn’t know who to trust. LUCKILY, THATS WHEN WE READ THE REVIEWS ON ALLEN’’S, AND TOOK THE CHANCE!!!! NOT A SINGLE REGRET!!!!! We received a call a few days later , and it was Allen letting us know it was fixed. The wrong axle was put on in Arizona, and was to far back from the sensor to read it and send the information. We picked up the car and had it inspected the next day. It passed with no problems , thanks to Allen’s. I thought it was pretty bad, that TOYOTA had it for 3 weeks and missed it, and Allen’s found it immediately. From now on , only ALLEN’S will work on my vehicles.Scott & Deidra Briles

Look no further than Allen's Auto Repair in Hillsboro, Georgia for all of your automotive repair needs. I recently had the shop diagnose and repair an issue with my 2019 Mazda3 and I am very satisfied.The shop was very prompt in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle, ordering the needed part, and performing the repair. I’m from out of town and my car broke down in Monticello so I called some of the near by mechanics and didn’t get a response and when I called Allen’s they were very helpful and even came out to where I had broke down. They examined my car and provided amazing customer service! Highly recommend this place!

I refer him to anyone who asks for a mechanic. I drive an hour and a half to get work done because I know he'll tell me what's wrong and not try to make me get unecessary work done.

If your car is giving you problems this is the place for it. Very knowledgeable technicians. Honesty is what they live by. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
Honesty!!! I did not say perfection because no one is perfect. Sure is nice to take my car to a shop where I know they really worked on what they charged for and did not break anything else to get me back there. I always come out with a smile on my face, heart, and soul. I recommend it 100%. You just cannot beat honesty.
