Brought my father-in-laws 2002 C230 Mercedes there after I hit a pothole & bent the rim, I replaced the rim from a junk yard & the place I purchased the tire(s) from were unable to properly balance the front-end. I was a first time customer & I was ready to pay out the nose or be told something else need to be replaced. They not only performed the front-end at my scheduled appointment time but I was charged a rate that was A LOT less than Mercedes would have charged but what was less than I expected to pay, I considered it a very fair charge. I have since sold that car & when my wife's & my car come out of warranty I'll be coming to Elite for all my service work!PS - I never give 5 stars for just 1 experience, I will be re-reviewing later.

Thanks for the wonderful job of getting my Truck back safe and good shape. I appreciate all the hard work the team did to get me back on the road and keeping me and my family in a safe vehicle. Thankfully you found the Frame Issues right in time and saved me a major issue, and cleaning the frame and putting the undercoat on the frame to prevent additional damage is just one of the ways you folks always do a great job of keeping us on the road. Once again Dave and his team has exceeded expectations. Great job team elite.

When I had a problem with a recent repair, they towed my vehicle back to the shop, determined the issue and covered the secondary repair to get my machine running again.They have a loyalty point program that has worked out really well for me since--like cats--I have more cars than I need, all of which are old and need constant help. Also, as mentioned in a previous review, they have loaners to offer.
Only place in Andover that offers free loaner cars for smaller repairs.
