Wish I would have read these reviews and asked around before taking my car to these people all they did I was take my money and charge me for so called repairs they fixed and my car still didn't work like it should 4 days later they did not offer to repair it the right way said it was something else that needed repair and wanted more money .then said they had talked to me about it might be something else I did not speak to the so called person that said he talked to me he was lying just to justify their cheating me out of $800.00 .do not ever use these people they will lie about what they say rip you out of your money I had to take to another mechanic to get the job done right and what they said was wrong with my car it winded up being less then $100.00 with new mechanic that said they just ripped me off. Worst experience ever will not recommend to anybody.

Through consistent positive interactions and quality repairs, we have grown to trust Auto Experts on North Monroe. They are always friendly and speaking as someone who has a fair amount of past professional auto repair experience, they have never mislead or tried to talk me into an unneeded repair. It's great to have a mechanic I can trust and that treats me fairly. They have served as my personal mechanic for about 10 years now.

The only thing that these guys are "xperts" at is taking your money. They will take a look at your car just to find out what's wrong with it and then charge you a $50 diagnostic fee afterwards without telling you beforehand that there would …More

I would never ever recommend this location for Auto Experts. They blatantly lied about my issues after I returned for having work done at this location. I went n for an AC check and recharge, which they did but two days later had to go back because my AC stopped working completely. Then they explained it would need almost a $1000 to fix........because the parts were so rare. I then drove across town had it checked at an HONEST garage and they explained the schader? valve was loose, replaced it for free and only charged for Freon....less that $50.00. DO NOT GO TO AUTO EXPERTS...IF THEY ARE TALKING THEY ARE LYING TO YOU.

Very impressed with their honesty and being straight up with me. After Pep Boys tried to rip me off by charging $40 just to check out the problem and then lied straight to my face about the power steering pump being broken, and tried charging me $3000 dollars to fix it, Auto Xperts told me it was in fact only a hose and they replaced it for $518, which due to the amount of labor getting to the hose I thought was a fair price.

My repairs are always done quickly at a reasonable price. They inspect the vehicle and let me know what else I should be thinking about but never try to hard sell another service or repair that I haven't requested. Good auto repair shops are hard to find. This is one of the best. They're keeping my 14 year old Jeep on the road. That's good because I can't afford a new one.
