Quick and thorough service. They've been my go-to service & repair company for many years.
Lane, at the desk, is Extremely knowledgeable and Knows customer service! The entire staff is completely honest and their evaluations can be considered very competent, honest and trustworthy.I've been going there for 3 ½ years and will, as a result of their abilities, will take my vehicle no where else! Good job, to the entire staff!
Had slow leak in trailer tire and nail in truck tire. They found out I had 2 screws in trailer tire and nail and screw in truck tire. In and out in about an hour. Great service.
Did a quick job of replacing my starter on a Mini Cooper and in the process noticed the CV joint was worn and replaced it as well. Very pleased!!
I had my van towed there at noon and Lane called me around 5pm, that same day, to let me know the alternator had been replaced and I was up and running. These guys are great at what they do!

Had my daughter bring cat in to replace radiator, spent about $900 on radiator and new hoses. She drives the car back home and I check it out. Low on oil. Massive amounts of oil under car. Turns out the oil cooler lines were loose which thread into new radiator, very loose. I ended up tightening the lines myself in my driveway.

Only one word for these people--"Pricey" with a capital "p". They told me that to replace a fuel pump and a bad O2 sensor was going to cost me $1150.01. I told them that I would pay their diagnostic fee ($120) and that was all I paid. I was referred to this business from another repair shop. I'm not saying anything about them because I have no experience with them, but I will say this they are too pricey for me.
Auto Xperts is by far the best mechanic I’ve taken my car to. They are super friendly and extremely helpful when you have questions about your car, and always go the extra mile, so you know they care about doing the best they can to ensure your car is running smoothly. As a college student five hours away from home, with a car older than me, Auto Xperts definitely takes away the stress of worrying about my car because I know I can always count on them. I have taken my car to their shop multiple times for multiple different issues my car has had and every time they fix it near perfectly and I have yet to see those issues arise again. Great service, fair pricing. I like that Chris texts me to remind me when my oil change is do.
They charge about $135 an hour for labor, everyone else is only $75-100, even dealerships. They also use cheap parts, not even name brand.
The guys their do excellent work I took my truck to other places that did not do the but the guys tackle it with no problem
Jud and the guys at Auto Xperts on Capital Circle were great to deal with. My son broke down on I-10. A Bay Towing took it to Auto Xperts. They called and gave me details on what was wrong, what they would do, and the cost. When they finished the price was the same (under $200) and the car is working great. I don't trust any mechanic in Tally but these guys are honest and know what they're doing. I'll definitely use them again, if needed. Thanks guys!

Critical: QualityTook car there to get brakes fixed and they now sound worse than before I took it....took it back to let them re-fix it....problem came back 3 weeks later....is it so hard to do brakes?

These guys have been doing a great job with all the cars we own. I am going to get 250 k miles from my ‘04 Acura TSX with their help. At 190 k now.9-4-22Forgot to mention earlier. Several times I received an estimate and authorized the repair, only to be told that the work turned out to be unnecessary and the cost was less. I remember specifically this with brake pads.
I really want to leave a very positive 5 star review for Autoxperts because the customer service is superb! Took my truck in for sputtering and they diagnosed the problem to be bad spark plugs and 1 bad spark plug coil. Understandable! 100,000 miles and time to have them replaced. Had all spark plugs replaced and also the bad coil. Vehicle ran ok but service engine light was on when I picked it up. Took my vehicle back to address the service engine light issue because it wasn't a problem because the vehicle was running fine. The service advisor said that the service technician that worked on my vehicle forgot to plug something in all the way and I went on my way. Vehicle ran fine for about two weeks and now my vehicle is running really rough like it has never before! Vibrating and shaking while driving. Taking it back to see what the problem is but I pray it's nothing serious! I will be keeping yall posted on the progress.
These guys did a substantial amount of work on my old 1990 Ford Bronco w/ a 351 Windsor motor….more work than the value of the truck itself. And much of it was the kind of work where a particular repair necessitated the unforeseen repair or replacement of another part or system. They kept me informed and sought my approval of every phase of their work. So there were no surprise charges at the end.The result, I now have a cool old Bronco that I can drive to work everyday with confidence. Beats dropping $30K on a used F-150 in my opinion. This place is 10 star service plus. They are my go too place since I found them. I got mechanical work was done to my engine a while back and now it purrs like a kitten. Now I always go for my oil changes. This time they let me know my battery wasn't doing as well as it was in the past. SO I bought a new one and in a few minutes it was install and I was back on the road. I can truly say they are 100% better than the rest.Services: Battery, Oil change
