This place is 10 star service plus. They are my go too place since I found them. I got mechanical work was done to my engine a while back and now it purrs like a kitten. Now I always go for my oil changes. This time they let me know my battery wasn't doing as well as it was in the past. SO I bought a new one and in a few minutes it was install and I was back on the road. I can truly say they are 100% better than the rest.Services: Battery, Oil change

I spend some time outside of this place. All I can say is it was very very busy while I was there midday
They go out of the way to make it right. I am a mechanic myself and I changed my own master cylinder on my 07 impala but couldn't the brakes bled as you need a computer to bleed this model and it is a notoriously difficult to get all the air out of this model. They quoted me about $50 to begin with but didn't realize the computer was needed and would now be $100, they called me fof approval before performing work that would increase price. A few hours later they called me stating my car was ready, I drove it around a bit but returned it because the brakes though better still went right. They then spent 2 days making it right. No extra charge. No blaming another bad component on the car. No blaming my workmanship. $120 with taxes and fees for 3 days work. They lost money on the job but gained a customer for all work I can't do myself.

I love these guys! The have been taking care of my wife and I for years now, and I would not take my car anywhere else. They are fair, they never try to oversell you on things you don't need, and they always give us sound advice. Customer service is excellent, and they do great work. Can't recommend them highly enough!
The staff and mechanics are genuinely concerned about their work and the customers vehicles.. safety and quality work.

These guys have been doing a great job with all the cars we own. I am going to get 250 k miles from my ‘04 Acura TSX with their help. At 190 k now.

The staff are really concerned about the customers and they take time to listen.
Through consistent positive interactions and quality repairs, we have grown to trust Auto Experts on North Monroe. They are always friendly and speaking as someone who has a fair amount of past professional auto repair experience, they have never mislead or tried to talk me into an unneeded repair. It's great to have a mechanic I can trust and that treats me fairly. They have served as my personal mechanic for about 10 years now.

Very impressed with their honesty and being straight up with me. After Pep Boys tried to rip me off by charging $40 just to check out the problem and then lied straight to my face about the power steering pump being broken, and tried charging me $3000 dollars to fix it, Auto Xperts told me it was in fact only a hose and they replaced it for $518, which due to the amount of labor getting to the hose I thought was a fair price.
