This shops is a must for any super annoying electrical issues!
I spend some time outside of this place. All I can say is it was very very busy while I was there midday

I have been going to this place for years. They do ok with basic things such as oil changes, tires & brakes. I would not recommend them for check engine light issues. I left my vehicle with them for 3 days and they still did not fix the check engine light issue. They charged me for some unnecessary part they replaced that was not even the cause of the issue.
Literally the most affordable mechanic shop for my BMW in Tallahassee and anywhere else I’ve price checked. I’m always told when something is going to need to be fixed and it’s always one or two oil changes ahead. Never once have these guys put me on the spot and said this needs to be replaced immediately like some shops love to do. My fluids are always topped off and they always pull me out to look at my car on the lift and reassure me that everything is still performing properly. I refuse to use any other shop. These guys go above and beyond to keep you on the road and are easy on the wallet. They always send coupons to my email and honor them as well.
I’ve had several vehicles during my time in Tally and have been to just about every mechanic shop. I will never take my car anywhere else but here! Every staff member is incredibly helpful, quality work and great pricing. It’s a great feeling having a mechanic you can trust and not worry about over paying or reoccurring issues! They stand by their work and are willing to go the extra mile! I highly suggest any mechanic work you need, bring it to Auto Xperts!

I came in mid afternoon on a Friday with a damaged tire. Though warned there was already a line of cars ahead of mine I really needed the repair and opted to wait. I was advised rather quickly that the tire would have to be replaced and the service was completed in short order. I won't take my car service anywhere else.

These folks are amazing! I was traveling from Houston to Orlando a few days ago and had my car towed to them with what I thought was a serious problem. They discovered a simple problem and didn't even want to charge me for their time. There are still good people in the world and Auto Xperts reminded me of this.

They go out of the way to make it right. I am a mechanic myself and I changed my own master cylinder on my 07 impala but couldn't the brakes bled as you need a computer to bleed this model and it is a notoriously difficult to get all the air out of this model. They quoted me about $50 to begin with but didn't realize the computer was needed and would now be $100, they called me fof approval before performing work that would increase price. A few hours later they called me stating my car was ready, I drove it around a bit but returned it because the brakes though better still went right. They then spent 2 days making it right. No extra charge. No blaming another bad component on the car. No blaming my workmanship. $120 with taxes and fees for 3 days work. They lost money on the job but gained a customer for all work I can't do myself.
I love these guys! The have been taking care of my wife and I for years now, and I would not take my car anywhere else. They are fair, they never try to oversell you on things you don't need, and they always give us sound advice. Customer service is excellent, and they do great work. Can't recommend them highly enough!
The staff and mechanics are genuinely concerned about their work and the customers vehicles.. safety and quality work.
That's why I keep coming back.
